這家讓我有非常想説幾句的沖動，目的是為了讓大家避坑。
感覺酒店把錢都花在大廳了，我連衞生間都不想拍了，太小了，請原諒我們這些普通人搞不懂設計的理念和目的。
給了我們一間跟隔壁可以連通的房間，我們打開這邊的門，確定隔壁房間是關着的，要是萬一就尷尬了！
18XX的價格，卻連500ml的瓶裝水都還要另外收費2刀，我不配，幸好自帶了水，放在一起合個影，紀念一下踩雷！
不過讓人安慰的是對面的牛排館Eddie Merlot's值得嘗試，牛排和其它餐點的口感真是絕了！

The linens smelled like they had not been cleaned, or were so old they could no longer get fresh. I thought maybe it was just me, but my travel companions reported having had the same issue at this hotel in the recent past. The hotel was hosting at least one large event or wedding, so I can’t recommend this place to people who want a quiet, clean experience.

Clean
Bed was clean, always appreciated. Bathroom was small and awkward. Only one elevator was working for such a large hotel. Vehicle was safe in parking lot over night after recent 40 car break in on property. Location was excellent near all shopping.

Bathrooms need mold
Cleaned from showers … simple fix. Green Clorox bottle handles it. For the price of one night — I should not see any mold!

What a disaster
At check in I was told electronic key cards were not working. Bellman keyed me in. The room was extremely hot and took almost 2 hours to cool down. Then when I turned the tv on, a message said cable was unavailable. Although staff was courteous and tried to rectify these situations, this just isn't ok at this price point. The room across the hall had an alarm going off for at least an hour, and I got hardly any sleep because the people above me were stomping above my head all until 2 a.m. Never again. I will never return or recommend.

The AC was good and controllable and not excessively noisy. Much needed as we had a heat spell. The food in the 17 Arrows was very good albeit expensive. Service was excellent.
