No one in attendance at front desk upon arrival at 4:00 PM to check in. Waited til 2 employees arrived. Also, no one present upon checkout at 2:00 AM. Told by custodial person to leave room key card on the front desk.

Great place to stay
The room itself and the hotel were great! The room wasnt ready for us for check in, but it was graduation weekend and they got us in as soon as they could. We also couldn’t find any vending machines for water. Overall great stay though!

Great water pressure! Nice room.
The water pressure was the best of any hotel I have stayed in before. My wife and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options. I do wish the bathroom door opened out to give more space in the bathroom, but for the money, you wont likely find a nicer place in Columbus.

Good hotel/terrible Internet connection
Like staying here due to friendliness of staff, quality of breakfast, and value for the cost; however, the Internet speed is atrocious.
