Bad Stay Hi, my stay here wasn’t good at all. I booked to stay 2 nights & the 1st room they gave me the A/C was broke in it so the room was extremely hot. Then they proceeded to give me a second room but this room was only a king bed. So I didn’t have enough room cause it was 2 adults 3 kids in this room. I had no choice but to stay there though so when we finally got in the bed there was a roach in the bed.

Hotel okay but don’t trust the schedule My family and I went out of town for a state swim meet. The team had warm ups at 7:10am so we were happy to hear breakfast started at 6:30am. We were disappointed that when we went to grab breakfast on our way out at 6:45 they were just setting out the coffee and pastries and nothing was ready yet. I had to stop and get food for my kids. This was disappointing as it was one extra expense I should not have had to have because breakfast was included (but not on time).

The staff was great in trying to accommodate us after having issues in both rooms. The rooms smelled musky, like the carpet had been wet. One room also had bugs in it. Chandler, who assisted us, eventually made sure that we were taken care of.

The hotel was very nice and my family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious enough for 5 people ( we got the suite). The complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch. Lastly, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Potholes upon entering and exiting in 4 locations of pavement driveways. Left a feep fent in wheel. Also the room was noisy from pipes in the ceiling I told staff several times that I could not sleep the first night and upon checking out on the 3rd day. Nothing was corrected. Although the staff was very friendly it still did not help any of the sleepless nights or repair a wheel..

The property is very well located. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. It is set back from the street and the sign is pretty small, so you have to pay attention. Upon arrival, we entered the lobby, and noone was there. We waited for a few minutes and called out, to no avail. We looked around for someone then waited a little longer, thinking that maybe the attendant went to the bathroom or something. A few minutes after that, a young man and young lady walked through the door. The young man had on a Springhill name tag and asked us if we were there to check in. We had actually seen the two of them standing outside when we pulled into the lot but didn't realize that he was an employee. Our room was spacious. The only complaint with the layout is that the bed is a little too close to the dividing wall. The bathroom was spacious as well. Everything was fine with the exception that the shower head couldn't be adjusted from the massage setting. Overall, the hotel is nice enough. It looks like it has been recently updated and it is in a great location. Some outdoor seating would be nice though.
