Very friendly and polite staff. My room smelled like dirty mop water. The room felt swampy. Bathroom and shower floor felt filmy.

The property has issues with mold. I took pictures of mold in the bathroom and got move to another room. They room was better. Exiting the elevator, you see mold on the ceiling. The hotel and restaurant are nice but must have some type of water issue because mold is throughout.

Cable TV was off-line and unavailable
Remote was not working; maintenence quickly replaced the remote for a working one.
Bathroom sink was slow to drain.
My key card failed to work; front desk quickly re-keyed my cards

Good stay at Double Tree
Very good stay overall. Had an issue with a leak but was rapidly resolved and moved to another room. Comfortable bed and great shower, quite complete breakfast too with convenient hours.
Very good shuttle service to the airport. Cookies are delicious!!

Need Work
The hotel was clean in the front area and the front staff was courteous. The cleaning staff was not as friendly or efficient as they should have been. I was out of the room from 8am until 3:30pm and my room was not cleaned

I reserved a king bed standard room and when checking in the hotel said that ******* should not have allowed that since there were no available king beds. So I was forced to pay for a king bed and get a handicapped room with a full bed. I would like a credit.
