Broken Ice Machine The stay was okay. The room was small and there was some rust buildup on the top of the door to the bathroom. The air was not cold and the ice machine was not working on the 3rd Floor. When we spoke to the staff about the ice, he (Otis) was rude to my partner. There was a lot of back and forth about the room number- all over some ice. It was very inconvenient. She asked could he bring us some ice to the room, and he replied, “NO”! He told her to go to the 2nd Floor, and she explained to him that she was disabled. I had to wake up to handle the issue. I was on my way downstairs, when I met Otis with the ice. It could’ve been handled differently with more customer friendly service.

The are rooms are nice and updated. Staff is friendly depending on circumstances. But trouble with getting hot water early in the morning like 6am. Took cold shower. Called the front desk to ask what the problem was and no one picked up. When we went down they did not even pick up their heads to acknowledge us. The ice machine did not work on our floor. Also any food has to be gotten from attached Hollihans restaurant with very high prices. No free breakfast or coffee. The is one of the higher priced hotels in the area. Expected a better experience for the price. Will not stay again and could not recommend.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would stay there every time! The staff is so gracious and lovely, the rooms are clean and so comfortable, and it’s a perfect location to walk to downtown which is quaint and filled with wonderful eateries!

It's a great experience. We got to witness sleep fireworks, which is only two blocks away. Very comfortable friends, bed, salt and great service.Good food at Houlihands

The restaurant was poor. Margarita was too sour was sent back and exchange for a glass of wine. The shrimp salad that I ordered the shrimp was spoiled and the breakfast selection was not much better, bacon over cooked and greasy

On Saturday, June 22,2025. I awakened to a Flooded room & facility at 6:30 AM. I called the Front Desk & no answer. I then called ******* Escalation team and reported the flooding. I was placed on hold and the ******* representative called the hotel and confirmed the problem. After reviewing my complaint. I then went downstairs to follow up with the complaint and informed them I was going to check out. The Hotel assistant Manager also stated to ******* that they were completely booked and no rooms were available. I paid for Travel Insurance and I expect a complete refund and my travel expenses and for an unsatisfactory stay.

We will not stay again at this particular Marriott due to lacking Air-conditioning, especially in the hallways. The restaurant was very slow but the service was disappointing. I still left 20% gratuity because the employees were all pleasant, just poorly managed. My son's steak dinner was cooked & served before our cocktails.
