Hilton Garden Inn Columbus

Loved our stay! Only issue is the lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom. Needs to be brighter. Stayed in this location several times. Always a great experience!

Repeat customer to this location. Another great stay, but the bathroom lighting needs to be improved. Way to dark.

We stayed overnight in Columbus. The front desk staff is welcoming and the lobby is updated and bright. The king room was a dungeon. One large lamp in the room with a few book lights by the bed and the lone chair by the window. They have a desk with a lamp that's useful for putting on makeup IF you thought ahead to bring a mirror. The bathroom is very dark with led lights in the mirror. It also doesn't have an exhaust fan so it becomes a sauna. Will rethink staying at Hilton Brand hotels.

Don’t bother. Service is terrible - rooms aren’t clean, maintenance is poor and if there is a situation, forget about getting resolution that makes you feel decent. Management isn’t on site, staff unhelpful. Location is a bit outside food and shopping range. Traveler beware.

At my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Columbus I’d like to first offer some explanation as to why we chose your location. We were visiting our kids and grandchildren and thought it would be great to stay at a hotel with an indoor pool so we could enjoy it together. The location to their home was fantastic BUT THE POOL WAS NOT! How can you have an indoor pool that is not heated. We were all so excited to enjoy that together and make memories and as it turns out it is not a memory we want to keep. It was an awful disappointment. Additionally, we went back up to our room to warm up in the shower and the water temp in our bathroom was equally as tepid. We were so very sad and dissatisfied with this experience. On the flip side your staff was WONDERFUL! Although we may not like the pool we left on a happy note because of your employees….they were all so welcoming kind helpful and efficient.

It's your regular Hilton Garden Inn with the lovely colors, open lobby, engaging bar and all the other amenities, but the staff here go out of their way to make you feel at home. We had a great check-in and the counter staff was always willing to help with tourism needs and suggestions for dinner, etc. And every day we got a text asking if our stay was going well, did we need anything?, etc. Never had a hotel do that! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Other things to note - there's a lovely lake out back with a place to sit and enough the sunset, maybe have a drink. Ducks are at the lake so if you have kids they will enjoy seeing them. There's a walking trail, too, so a nice change from the boring fitness room.
