Hotel location is ok but the service was really strange at check in. It says 50 dollar deposit but was asked for 50 dollars credit or 100 cash deposit. Just a strange check in process on how it’s communicated.

Last time the visit was very good just hard to get someone to redo my key card after 10 pm, as it was working, but otherwise all good.
This time the front desk lady was very helpful for a very late check in due to flight cancellation. Super awesome lady and friendly.
My complaint is the 2nd bed was broken, as in if you laid on it, it would pop up almost vertical so laying on it was not going to happen. It was not a huge deal and I crawled in the other bed with the grand-baby. I let staff know we were leaving for awhile and asked if they could get it fixed, to which they replied they would. Came back at 9:30/10 pm to a broken bed again. Too burnt out from travels to even complain. But what was not cool was all the roaches I had to shake out of the bag of snacks for the baby and out of all our
Toiletries. The hair in the bathtub when I went to bathe him and squished bugs in bathroom.
I let the man at front desk know and he apologized and mentioned they “just sprayed for bugs” so that’s probably why we had so many.

Good stay for the money, had breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and others stuff. The room was rice everything worked.

Run down smells of mold and mildew had to take antihistamines and buy lysol spray to stay in room. Broken sink leaking faucet dirty towel in bathroom. Beds with mattress protector. Just poor wuality
