** Beware of theft ** I stayed at this hotel this week, and unfortunately, my AirPods were stolen by a member of the staff. The day after I left, I noticed they were missing, and I checked the location and saw they were at the hotel still. When I called the hotel to ask if they were there, I was told they were not in the lost and found. The next evening, I checked to see if they had moved on my Apple account and they were located at a town nearby at a residential address. The following morning they were back at the hotel which confirmed that an employee was in possession of them. I called and spoke to the general manager, Lisa Yilmaz, let her know about the situation and she told me she couldn’t help me because her employees were contracted. When I proceeded to let her know that if I had to drive there, I would bring the police with me to retrieve my items, She asked if I was threatening her. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, she took my information down and 20 minutes later a different manager gave me a call. This manager, Faith, was extremely kind and helpful and let me know that my AirPods were located in the lost and found. (This couldn’t have been true since they were in a different town at a home the night before) Lisa was complicit in knowing that my stolen item was with an employee and placed them in the lost and found and asked another manager to call me to notify me of my items being there. After driving two hours to receive my AirPods, (they refused to ship them to me), I spoke to Faith, who was not aware of the situation of my AirPods being missing and told me she would look into all of the issues and was very kind. It is a shame that the general manager is allowing her employees to take items from guests without any admission or repercussion. Be cautious with your items.

I'm a little late with my review, but I dare not leave feedback for the staff who catered to my family and our needs during one of the most heartbreaking times of our lives. My family and I flew from all over to gather for my dear grandmother's funeral. From day one, Deshaun and Ashley have been very sweet, accommodating and supportive of whatever requests we needed. The events manager (forgot her name!) was also a huge help in letting us have the private repass in one of the conference rooms. We stayed for 2 weeks ,having to extend our time to help situation my grandmother's affairs and Ashley was very helpful in assisting us with multiple rooms and keeping us all near each other. While not all of the staff were as friendly or helpful, I am making it a point to call out those who were. We had a few housekeeping issues during certain shifts, but again we don't normally stay in local hotels for such an extended period of time, so I guess it was to be expected. We made the most of it and were grateful for the time we were there. Oh, and I dare not shout out the bartender, I think his name was Troy?! He was such a sweetheart and made some of the best Henny cocktails I've ever had. He consoled me on one of my bad nights missing my granny and he's a great listener! Thank you so much for those of you who helped and aided with my family during our time of need.
