The accommodation was clean, well equipped with everything to stay comfortably. The hot pools are well maintained with several different temperatures to choose from. Young or old the customer service was impeccable.

What an amazing little mountain getaway! The staff were amazing and accommodating to our needs at the pools, and the room was perfect to be able to cook our own food. The walking and biking trails accessed the river and surrounding area. Lots of places to see just a short drive away. I will be back!

Sites are clean, Hot pools are clean. Lack of privacy made the price point a little high. The camp was very quiet overall even with lack of privacy. Our whole group of 4 sites had a good time. On site washrooms and garbage disposal was a nice touch.

Had a wonderful time. Everything was well maintained and very enjoyable. Hot pools were well kept with varying temperature pools to suit your desire. Very fun stay.

Very relaxing time camping. Beautiful campsites. We love the new cabins they have installed throughout the forested campground. Will consider staying in one someday in the future.

Well appointed cabins. Clean, fresh, comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the clean hot pools and cold plunge at all different times of the day and loved the background music playlist too. Visiting the river is a fresh and relaxing treat that our family of five really enjoy each time we visit. We stayed and enjoyed the music on the long weekend and can’t think of a better way to relax and recharge with our family and friends before schools starts. We also appreciate that the store and cabins were well stocked with all the essentials you need for a getaway. The staff were lovely and the camp grounds, playgrounds and pump track are all well maintained and clean. We will be back Crazy Creek!

Overall excellent location visibly lots of shade trees, great bathrooms, dishwashing station, and pools. Employees in main office constantly coming to get mad at kids for kid activity in pool overly angry and intimidating children playing even though they were supervised by their parents and made our times at the pool unpleasant. Maybe hire someone to blow a whistle and kindly remind children about safety.🤓
