My cousin and I stayed at this hotel while traveling to a funeral. The location was ideal but the accommodations were extremely disappointing. The rooms were dark and dirty. The entire facility was very dated. A majority of the appliances did not work. Signs in the lobby stated that the facility was scheduled for a remodel. The parking area didn't feel safe and it was a long walk to the only operational entrance, especially for a female traveler at night.

Give this one a chance. I checked every stay I the area and only 2 were even options based on current reviews While it appears worn and dated it was clean. The hotel is undergoing renovation but the bed was really comfy and coffee and breakfast met our needs. Loads of places to eat and just 2 minutes from exit on/off 77

Breakfast was very good however we couldn’t figure out how the tv worked, the refrigerator didn’t get cold and when we asked for a better one we were told that they were all like that. The tub was old & very stained so we didn’t take showers, and both beds were creaky & made a noise every time you rolled over. We also got a rollaway which was more like a hammock and not very comfortable. The outside door was broken so anyone could walk in from the outside and the elevator was broken. The hotel was given good reviews and wasn’t the cheapest to choose from in the area so I wonder if the reviews were false. I tell you all this because the location was great and with a few improvements this might be a great place to stay.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Management We are a group of workers who stay regularly at La Quinta, spending over $3,500 a week, but this time was a huge disappointment. When we arrived, the general manager, Biliana, made us wait over an hour to check in. To make matters worse, she was yelling at a new employee, Kathy V, right in front of us—completely unprofessional. After finally checking in, they messed up the company credit cards, causing another long wait after an exhausting day of work. As if that wasn’t enough, they double-booked our room, giving other workers access to our space while we were already inside. Instead of taking responsibility, Biliana blamed the front desk staff for all the issues. It was unfair and uncalled for, especially since the other team members were doing their best. We are extremely disappointed with how this manager treats both customers and her staff. On a positive note, Nida and Kathy are the bright spots in this location. They consistently go above and beyond, showing respect, commitment, and genuine passion for their work. They are truly an asset to La Quinta. Unfortunately, due to this poor management experience, we are considering taking our business elsewhere. I hope corporate re-evaluates who they choose to manage this property.

Kathy V and Kathy B provided exceptional customer service. The two ladies were very knowledgeable of the area . I was always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The location was in perfect distance to my training site . Can’t wait to visit again.

Best breakfast food room was good Good customer service the view location Front desk team on February 19 and 20 was friendly and helpful I shall return to the same hotel when I come back in town and refer all my friends and family I shall return by next time to reserve same hotel indeed

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time. We came in early because of an early flight and Katherine V was very kind and worked with us so we could get a room as soon as possible. She was polite and had wonderful hospitality. If I could give her 6 starts I would!!!

Katherine V. Great hospitality and was a huge help! If I could give her 6 stars I would. We came in short notice to check in early coming off a flight, she got us some word and a room to stay within a hour. This was our first time coming and I couldn’t have imagined having a better person to help us!
