This is the worst shiz hole I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The night we checked in- we were in town for a concert so we got in late. We were told at check in that there would be no one there after a certain time but all we had to do was call and someone would answer. After getting from a concert at Merriweather one of us from the group had to go to the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush right and ended up getting stopped up. When we called for a plunger it took forever to get one and then we had to go get it -‘after waiting for someone to answer the call for almost five minutes. We had four of us in a room- we had a room with two doubles and a pull out- but no linens. We had a full kitchen but no coffee maker. And no breakfast offered at the hotel… I’m the morning we got up the first one taking a shower came out saying the bathroom was flooded- the shower head is not on right and sprays the whole bathroom- it got all, TWO (yes 2, for 4 people) towels wet, the walls, the toilet, the TP, and even the bathroom mirror soaked. She tried to go down and report it only to find out no one even comes in until 1000. So, with no showers, and no one there until 10 we had to delay our start for the day. When someone finally came in and we were able to report the shower head they wanted to move us- after already being late for the day’s activities. So we told them that to which they said well we will look at it but no guarantees. Seriously. This place sucks butt! And it has the absolute worse customer service. And I’ve been all around the world. Shizzlehole.

Brought my fiance' here hoping for a relaxing weekend.. This place was absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to and I will attached photos to prove it. Not to mention the horrible customer service! So..... to start off: We arrived 5 minutes before the 3 o'clock check in an my fiance' was menstruating and she needed to go to the bathroom ( as an emergency) and the (woman's lobby bathroom was out of service) and they would NOT let us check in 5 minutes early! That is absolutely unacceptable in the customer service realm to do such a thing. As we made it int our room, there was no dishes or silverware in the kitchen and two lights had the light bulbs burnt out we had to get those replaced too. The entire hotel smelled musty and like smoke, the trash cans outside remained full ALL weekend the floors were left unswept in the main lobby and throughout the hallways, the CAPRPETS SMELLED AND HAD STAINS ALL THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL WERE ABSOILUTEY DISGUSTING. ( this was probably the nastiest thing of all ). I offered to spot sweep the carpets myself so that other guests would not have to experience such a nasty trashy unkept environment. ...yeah it was REALLY THAT BAD. The exit doors to literally ALL exits had cigarette butts, trash, plastic beverage bottles on the floor ( again the entire weekend !) I asked the black gentleman with glasses who will sweep the floors this weekend and he said " the maintenance man isnt here this weekend". Do I REALLY need to say anything else beyond that?????? To top it off, When we tried to blowdry our hair in the morning, the blow dryer was missing, and We went to the front desk to complain and the front desy lady was late to her opening shift 25 minutes!!! What did that mean? GUESTS COULDNT CHECK OUT ! But wait.....theres more!!! The guy who was supposed to open the breakfast area WAS ALSO LATE 25 MINUTES!!..... THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME AND I AM going to blast this experience all over the internet in hopes that NO OTHER CUSTOMERS will have to experience this dumpster fire of a hotel again!!!!!!! I would like to say thanks to the manager for going about and beyond to help me out in my trying time. I moved up from South Carolina to the Columbia area not knowing anyone and the manager tried everything she could possible do to make sure my stay with one less stressed. Ms. Eunice I really appreciate you. Rooms was spacious and nice will stay again.
