The room it’s self was really dirty crumbs of dirt everywhere also killed a cockroach bath tub was really dirty I have to disinfect just to take my son a bath will never be staying there again .

Doubt I’ll return
The place was ok except being pet friendly is taken a little too far there were a lot of large animals and my husband had gotten like 8 flee bits on day four the cable went out and we had to change rooms also there were roaches not a ton of them but enough to where I had to keep everything in our suitcases for fear of taking them with us the staff were all real nice and helpful it’s just the customers that were loud and rude

I did not like the staff. They were rude and not helpful. Manager was the worst she should not be the manager. Thiis not a a family friendly place

Linens were dirty, no towels, lots of noise, **** and smoke smell all over, elevator felt like it was on its last legs. Old equipment, clogged sink.

Rooms are nice, i come every weekend to stay 1 night to be close to the hospital where my mom is. Excellent staff, very friendly, welcoming. My only downside was the AC in the room was on, but my room stayed hot throughout the night. It may have just been the room i was in as the last time i stayed it was cool and working good.
