"Nice hotel in south part of Colorado Springs. Very nice and clean hotel. Stuffs are very helpful and their services also outstanding. Only issue I had, the hotel internet connection(wifi) was not working but still giving it high ratings because their service was great, well minus one for fewer breakfast items."

"The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms and public facilities are complete, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the location is close to Kequan Airport, and the location is very convenient."
"This hotel was amazing! So many amenities and such a great staff! They have an airport shuttle as well. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable! The view of the mountains was a beautiful surprise! I will definitely stay here again!"
"We are on vacation. Everything was great until checkout morning the elevator went out and we were on the third floor. Our suit cases were large since we are on a 14 day vacation! "
"We had a great time in this hotel, room is big, view is great (mountain), furniture are well equipped. There's an additional table that I can use. Breakfast was great, service was great, even on second day when the server was missing, the cook had to take care of front and back kitchen."
"Loved the area and location. Close to everything. The only part I was disappointed in was that the pool and hot tub was shut down for whatever reason. This is one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The service and cleanliness was terrific otherwise.
Wish I had known about the pool and hot tub when I booked the room though. "

Great
SSevennisThe room facilities are very new and the service is also very good. I made a mistake in the first reservation and was given a no-responsibility refund. It was a very good stay experience and the breakfast was quite rich. It is also very close to Colorado Springs.
MMichele WoodThere is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.
GGuest UserWe had a nice stay. The property was well kept and I enjoyed the fresh water in the lobby. The receptionist was very nice and informative upon check in. Our room was a good size and clean. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, I’m used to hotels having some noise especially with our room situated close to the elevator but it was very peaceful. We slept through the complimentary breakfast because the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!
우우지티모All the staff were really friendly. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The room was different than what I booked, but it still had a mountain view.
The breakfast was standard and the pork sausages were the best part of it.
The only negative I have about the hotel is that the surrounding area didn’t feel too safe. Inside the hotel was perfectly fine, but once you go outside there are many homeless people around the property. One even approached us as we were outside.

AAndreaStayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.
WWienerThe front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.
GGuest UserLoved the vibe of this place and their mission! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, there are tons of spots for us digital nomads to work (some private rooms as well), a large yoga room and lots of spaces to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.
GGuest User1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age.
2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay.
3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill.
4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe.
5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.
TTakesha PribbleThe service depends on the staff working including security as one of them tended to harass my guest daily, kinda creepy. Other than that its in a good location.
