Love this hotel. Staff is great . Brkfst is full buffet style n my pets r always allowed

Found this place on trip.com, and what a pleasant surprise! The building is probably a mix of 60s and 80s constitution but the rooms have been updated a time or two it appears. The big surprise was the large atrium w excellent in house dining. We had a party of 9 which was no problem for dinner or breakfast the following morning in the large dining areas w/ in the atrium. Both the meals were excellent and the wait staff was a pleasure at both (rare these days). Stop ngly advise for families looking for all in one convenience, room to spread out, and lots of amenities. Fyi, there’s even a pool and a large central fire place in the atrium, neither of which were we able to take advantage of (this time).

Location is great. Property is dated but nice . Staff is excellent, rooms are clean, and complimentary breakfast is above and beyond any others ive found. Am a repeat customer and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit old, the air conditioner is loud and a bit noisy, and it is affordable and complete with supporting facilities.

Value for money hotel. Most come to see the Garden of the Gods. The room was very clean and the coffee served a variety of flavours. Breakfast has many choices and tastes good. There is a swimming pool in the hall. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub is also big.

The check in was fast. Very unique hotel. Wish the restaurant had more of a variety. Pool is neat.

Check in was amazing, check out was terrible. Kid behind the counter was stoned off his bum and couldn't relay basic information. I finally got so frustrated I walked away

Employees were very friendly and the free breakfast is amazing they have a buffet style breakfast with an omelette bar.

The breakfast was outstanding, and even included an omelette bar. The lobby is quite nice. The room heating and air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

Check in was easy, staff is friendly. Housekeeping forgot to remove the used bar of soap. Tv was not working so had to call for maintenance.

We love staying here. Wi-Fi needs improvement along with air conditioning system….. Foid, staff, bed comfort are all amazing!!!

My stay here was great! The staff at the restaurant and bar were super amazing and sweet! My son enjoyed having conversations with the staff in the mornings! Breakfast was the same everyday! But still good food! The front desk was not so friendly. They looked annoyed and bothered every time you walked in the building and didn’t really greet or acknowledge you. They do not have a little store for snacks they had vending machines with essentials and snacks! Over all Great stay!

Best hot breakfast we had on this road trip. Made to order omelettes as well as scrambled eggs, French toast, hash browns, bacon/sausage.

Slow, unreliable wifi. As a remote worker I need decent wifi. If I don’t get this my stay will not be acceptable.
