The stay was amazing! Monica was super friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations. The breakfast was fantastic and all of the seasonal decor made us feel right at home. Rooms were super cozy and the hot tub on the balcony paired with the views were the icing on the cake. We even took some time to play some pool and arcade games which was a nice unexpected treat.

This was my second time staying at this fabulous place. They were finishing up remodeling on the second floor, so innkeeper Monica upgraded me to a third-floor room at no extra charge. LOVED the hot tub on the balcony, and the bed was feathery soft. Breakfasts are top-notch. As with last time, I was spoiled...no detail was overlooked. Looking forward to our next stay!

We scheduled at the last minute and we could have not had a better experience. Everyone was wonderful. We were greeted at the door with smiles. Our room was incredible, extremely clean and very comfortable. Restaurant suggestions were amazing. We hope to be back.

Old Town Guest House is the best place to stay in Colorado Springs! Monica and Tom are so welcoming and friendly and truly care about their guests. The rooms are very nicely decorated, and each one is unique. Amenities include a mini fridge, steam shower, and access to a microwave and ice machine. The free off-street parking is also a big plus.

Great B&B - wonderful location. This is an ideal spot to explore Old Colorado City and the amenities of the Old Town Guesthouse B&B are wonderful. The staff are personable and helpful, the food quite good, the beds are decent, and the basement has a pool table, dart board, various board games, and a multi-arcade game - all included in your stay! Thanks again Old Town Guesthouse B&B - wasn't my first visit here, and won't be my last! :D

Last time we were at this B&B was close to ten years ago. We were disappointed when Shirley and Don sold the Guesthouse. When we found great reviews on the new innkeepers, Tom and Monica, we decided to give it another try. We are glad we did! Tom and Monica are great hosts that took the time to visit with us even though we knew they were very busy. Being able to play darts and pool in the basement was such a treat. It was very relaxing and all we hoped it would be. The only thing we did miss that Shirley and Don provided was wine and finger foods between 4:00 and 5:00 when guests arrived. That was always a nice touch. We will definitely be back:)

This is a wonderful B&B! Perfect location in the middle of old Colorado with many good restaurants in walking distance. The morning breakfasts are wonderful. The updated game room in the basement is a surprise delight with pool table, darts, arcade, big comfortable sofas and tv. Highly recommend getting a room with a hot tub to enjoy the cool evenings. I loved taking a dip after long walks and super relaxing. This was my 2nd time staying here and will stay here again.

Real wonderful mountain hospitality 😊 What a wonderful place to get away: the themed rooms are amazing and all of the staff so kind and helpful! Location is also great: can walk to everything in town and yet still feels like an oasis in the house..

Great place to stay in OCC. Walking distance to Tapateria (all gluten free tapas, 2 minute walk) is a bonus. Also walking distance to lots of shops. Comfortable, quiet and spacious room. Helpful hosts. Delightful breakfast. We plan to return soon and often.
