We scheduled at the last minute and we could have not had a better experience. Everyone was wonderful. We were greeted at the door with smiles. Our room was incredible, extremely clean and very comfortable. Restaurant suggestions were amazing. We hope to be back.

This is a wonderful B&B! Perfect location in the middle of old Colorado with many good restaurants in walking distance. The morning breakfasts are wonderful. The updated game room in the basement is a surprise delight with pool table, darts, arcade, big comfortable sofas and tv. Highly recommend getting a room with a hot tub to enjoy the cool evenings. I loved taking a dip after long walks and super relaxing. This was my 2nd time staying here and will stay here again.

This was some of the best customer service I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Monica and Tom were kind and welcoming and readily available for any questions. They were even willing to cater our breakfast to our dietary requests. The premises were clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. Our hosts ensured they provided anything we could think of. I had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return.

Very cozy westside Inn in Old Colo City. Dining is close by, along with all that Colo Spgs has to offer. Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, and , of course, Pikes Peak. Great and plentiful breakfast as well. Ideal location with easy access to the mountains or back to the plains

The Old Town Guesthouse is going to be a regular annual visit for us. The service, the decor and the accommodations are terrific!! The rooms are so comfortable and the hot tub made for such a relaxing time. Monica and Tom are wonderful at taking care of your needs and wants. Expect a great time!

When my husband and I were planning a quick trip to Colorado Springs before the holidays, we found the Old Town Guesthouse and knew that was where we wanted to stay. Monica and Tom were so friendly and helpful, we immediately felt right at home! The guesthouse is gorgeous and was beautifully decorated for the holidays, with so much attention to detail. The breakfasts were an amazing start to the day, and Monica's suggestions for things to do in the area were super helpful. We especially loved the location, with so many great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We would definitely stay again, and have already recommended it to friends!

The stay was amazing! Monica was super friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations. The breakfast was fantastic and all of the seasonal decor made us feel right at home. Rooms were super cozy and the hot tub on the balcony paired with the views were the icing on the cake. We even took some time to play some pool and arcade games which was a nice unexpected treat.

This was my second time staying at this fabulous place. They were finishing up remodeling on the second floor, so innkeeper Monica upgraded me to a third-floor room at no extra charge. LOVED the hot tub on the balcony, and the bed was feathery soft. Breakfasts are top-notch. As with last time, I was spoiled...no detail was overlooked. Looking forward to our next stay!

Monica and John are so sweet! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. We’ve been staying there for years and we absolutely love it! Rooms and entire place is spotless which is very important to us. Breakfasts are delicious too! The most relaxing and comfortable place we’ve ever stayed! We recommend it highly
