Cheyenne Mountain Resort, A Dolce by Wyndham

Stayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.

Amazing. It was my birthday and they sent a bottle of wine to our room.

We stayed 3 days. On the last day they didn’t even cleaned our room. They charge extra fees that you don’t know until you check out.

First time to visit resort and it was very nice!! Breakfast buffet was delicious, but there was poor service on refills for drinks. Very friendly staff! Would definitely visit resort again in the future.

Great property. Only complaint is that the hot water doesnt get very hot and the in room hair dryer is not good.

So the room itself is amazing especially the views where this place really lost me for its price was the food!! I ordered room service after driving 8 hours that day and paid $35 for a steak the was microwaved dry ans overcooked, on top of that disgusting Brussel sprouts with the stems still on never even seen that, and potatoes that weren’t cooked all the way. I cook so when the food got to my room and the plate was hotter then the food I knew it had been in the microwave still they have no problem charging me over $60 for the food plus delivery to my room not worth it if you stay here eat else where.

Beautiful setting. All inclusive resort. Great food & drink options. Safe, clean and gorgeous place. Away from the business of downtown~but still close enough. Very nice staff. Amazing breakfast!

Incredible resort in every way. The staff was fantastic. The views of the mountains were amazing from everywhere in the resort from the restaurants to our room. They had on site security patrolling the resort 24/7. Definitely want to stat again!
