The room is big enough to stay. The main disadvantage is the noise issue.

The breakfast was very rich, which was a surprise. Good value for money, the room is okay, clean and hygienic.

Great ski weekend with my kids, staff was very helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were nice.

Very good cleanliness could be improved but when I called to reclean bathroom they came right away and did a great job. I was very pleased.

Was quite nice. Our room had a weird smell.. and the bathroom wasn’t great but otherwise a very nice hotel

Really good value. Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and clean. Free breakfast was one of the best I have had and whenever anything ran out on the buffet they had it immediately refilled.

The breakfast hostess Shelly was such an awesome person. And it was nice of the GM to let me pay with cash as I left my card at home. But I was reminded so many times about me paying with my card and not cash that I wasn’t happy due to the fact that it was my birthday .and it made me feel very uncomfortable . From the time I walked in and had to wait 30mins with my children to wait for an answer if I couldn’t or could’ve paid cash to stay or be disappointed. I was also reminded about my card after breakfast and checked out. My tip to front desk is not to make guests feel sad or uncomfortable when someone’s birthday is the same day they checking in. You always want to make it pleasant and help the guest’s the best they can and leave a welcoming impression so they can come back again ;)

The property was clean and accessible to everything. My only issue was the shower’s sliding door did not close properly. It was hard to slide and came off the track. Needs to be repaired. My overall stay was good. Everyone was very nice and professional

I loved how clean our room was and how friendly the staff are! The lady serving breakfast every morning was such a kind soul and said “Good morning beautiful people!” Every morning! Great job guys!

The hotel has seen better days. I’ve been going for 15 years and it is slowly slipping into disrepair. A bargain at it’s price, however.
