The room we had was quite outdated, and smelled damp so we went straight in to open the window. There were no plugs near the nightstands, in fact there was only one plug in the room so charging devices was an odyssey.
The buffet breakfast was of very good quality but the strange thing was that you had to choose from afar what you wanted and the staff served it to you.
The heated pool is a great place to go at this time of year.
The location is very good, you are a block and a half from the main street and a few blocks from the historic center.

A pleasure to go back after nearly 2½ years. Same friendly and efficient staff. This time we made use of the indoor pool, most relaxing, but had a full view of the main pool from the breakfast room. There was a lot of work going on in the plants and creepers surrounding it, so are looking forward to going back in summertime

Experiência péssima! Os quartos e principalmente banheiros precisam urgentemente de modernização. Papel higiênico e toalhas péssimos. Nós iriamos ficar 3 noites e fomos embora no dia seguinte pois o banheiro era impraticável para minha mãe de 83 anos um verdadeiro perigo. A parte externa parece ser agradável porém os quartos são terríveis, não recomendo o hotel.

Hotel muito confortável. Misto de antiguidade e modernidade. Amplo. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Silencioso. Café da manhã variado. Muito bem decorado. Piscinas excelentes. Um elogio especial para o atendimento do Luis, muito atencioso, ótimo funcionário, muito educado, profissional de altíssimo gabarito.

Estamos muy conformes con todos los servicios del hotel. La ubicación es un 10!! A dos cuadras de la terminal donde tomamos el barco, muy próximo al casco historico y un hotel bellísimo en decoración, limpieza, desayuno casero, completo y rico! Paula de recepción muy amable con sus recomendaciones y atención . Un plus que tiene pileta climatizada y de exterior..hermoso lugar para tomar mates y disfrutar del sol al aire libre. Volveremos!!! Super recomendamos este hotel. 10 puntos!!! Gracias por todo, el personal super amable!

El hotel tiene detalles, bien mantenidos, de su inauguración. Es impecable sus aberturas en madera, y el mármol que utilizaron. La pileta climatizada, es imperdible y la otra, al aire libre también. El desayuno impecable, y la cantidad de cosas dulces caseras, exquisitas. realmente muy bueno. Lo que deberían tener cuidado, es que los colchones no se pueden, usar para dormir. Era un hueco en el centro de la cama, nos quedamos 3 noches, y realmente no descansamos, porque no sabíamos como ponernos, los colchones tienen que cambiarlos, cuando están así.
