Wonderful hotel in the Colonia de Sant Jordi. Very good breakfast and spacious and very nice rooms. It has a beautiful beach right next to it. The only but is the price, somewhat expensive, but like all of Mallorca.

We were first given a room on the 1st floor just above where deliveries were made (early in the morning), needless to say we asked for another room the next morning and we got a very nice room on the 3rd floor above the pool, much better view too. Good size room, enough storage space, good shower. No curtesy set (shower cap?) but shampoo/conditioner available. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Great location and quiet in the evening. Very nice bar/restaurant a minute walk away at the beach and immersed in the pine trees.

I had a fantastic and very peaceful vacation at this hotel, it was an excellent week! The location was perfect, with the beach just by the hotel; the room was great with a fabulous view; the food was delicious and exquisite; the staff couldn't be more helpful, professional and friendly. I hope to be back in the near future and I strongly recommend it!

A beautiful location, friendly staff. Great food. Best holiday I've ever had. Will definitely visit again. The weather was amazing, the sea and beaches were clean and full of wildlife. The locals were very friendly it was paradise. I want to live there, and am seriously considering selling up to do so.

We arrived late and tired after travelling all day. The night staff provided us with food and drink fresh fruit. This was the standard which we found consistent through out our 8 day stay. Food excellent, breakfast and dinner to choose from and buffet style. Full bar and lunch menue . The pool and lounge areas were great and scenery good as right on the waterside. Slept (upper floor)with balcony door open as the sound of the sea waves was brilliant. The area around hotel is beach, boats, boardwalk ways to other hotels along the shoreline. Not to miss the sunset!!! Excellent!!. The town has excellent restaurants and bars with music for nightlife as does the hotel bar every second night. 2 buses to get to Palma city and easy to transit bus routes to anywhere on the island. The hotel provide airport transfers for 18€ each. Excellent value. Overall we loved our special time spent in Colonia De Sant Jordi, The Universal Marquis ❤️.. deff recommend it. We there in May so not too hot.

Staff is friendly beds are good food is great breakfast and dinner the only thing I can think of is we missed a dutch tv channel....(or two) right at the beach , next time we plan a few weeks earlier, mallorca was really quiet, Palma was very interesting and can easely be reached by bus.

It was an excellent stay and the hotel had a great vibe. The breakfast buffet was excellent. You couldn't pick a better location as the surrounding neighborhood was filled with beaches, shops, restaurants and interesting sights like the sea salt farm.
