Had the most wonderful stay at Universal Hotel Romantica. Hotel is wonderful - newly renovated a few weeks ago so everything was brand new and in the most immaculate condition. Gorgeous hotel. Had a double room on high sea floor and the views did not disappoint. Room was clean, aesthetic and had everything we needed. Only had bed and breakfast included but the buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel - so much choice, great quality food and included so many cold & hot drinks too. Pool was gorgeous and so many free sunbeds (during May half term so was surprised). Location is a dream - 5 min walk from the closest beach (which was amazing, such clear seas). Restaurants and shops from 5 min walk away all the way to the end of town by the marina. Checkout was great as there was a luggage room and we were given a complimentary private room to shower before we went to the airport. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Great Hotel!! Friendly staff, fabulous views. Esberanza, our lovely cleaning lady, she was a joy! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Close to the beach and beautiful walks to do. My room 533 was brilliant, everything you would want from a hotel.

I had an amazing time at the Romantica . We chose the resort as we wanted to go somewhere in Majorca that we had never travelled to before . The choice of hotels was top quality . The quality of the accommodation was 1st rate . The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The food was also good considering it was buffet style . The restaurant and kitchen staff never stopped . All in all a great holiday . Thank-you and we hope to see you gain soon

The service was amazing! We were super looked after. The staff were incredible, hotel was very clean and the facilities were perfect. Supermarket around the corner, beach a 5 minute walk. Not to mention the beautiful views from the roof top bar in the hotel! Will definitely be returning to universal hotel romàntica!

Fabulous Hotel. Our flight was delayed and when we arrived at the Hotel, there were snacks prepared for us. Our room was on the fifth floor with a large balcony. Plenty choices of food in the restaurant - all staff were very friendly and welcoming. Entertainment on six nights a week. Sunbeds very comfortable. Hired a kettle for the week.

We arrived at this beautiful hotel the first day after the renovation. There were a few teething problems which were easily forgiven as the staff were very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a suite, as the superior room we had booked was a little small. The Suite was really spacious with a gorgeous bathroom, balcony and view. We booked all inclusive which was excellent. Just a few drinks I thought would be included were not. You couldn’t order Cava at the restaurant, but could at the bar. Not sure if this was a mistake. They also tried to charge us for a melted ice cream which they knew was not edible as the freezer was not yet working. I don’t think the pool is heated but gave me the opportunity to have a fast swim! There isn’t much around the area but this didn’t spoil our holiday. There was a good crowd of guests during our week which achieved a lovely vibe. I’ve added photos which would have helped me decide to book this gorgeous hotel.
