The food was very good, the view from the balcony, sensational, the animator at the pool, Nino, is a great boy, he convinced us to play polo, shooting and other games, in this way we socialized and made friends with other tourists.., ....... ... ...... . ...... ..

The hotel is amazing, the staff are friendly, smile helpful and polite. The food is amazing I have a gluten allergy and the chef and staff were very helpful and catered. The rooms are clean with window in bathroom. The seaview from the room is amazing and beautiful. Everything about this hotel is amazing and we will be back soon. The coast line beaches are amazing. There is a club 5 minutes walk away.

At first, had a bad impression of very basic room but as the time went by ( we stayed more than a week) started to really appreciate the place. Reception staff practically serves no purpose, somewhat runs it for tour operators. If you aren’t from large group, you are somewhat ignored. Whatever. Said that, food is really good and large variety on dinner time in particular. Actually, some of the best meals we had in the island and especially good for small children. Animator (Nino, I think is his name) very friendly and engaging. Pool is good even if could be warmer.the beach was a great surprise for snorkelling, had a marvellous time swimming. Views from the rooms very good. Recommendable to have a car to enjoy the island fully. Islands best beach is few minutes drive ( Es Trenc).

Truly very disappointed - went for less than a week with a friend (the price of the all inclusive was cheap) but that doesn't mean it has to be so bad I will say the rooms were basic but clean - the pool side area was fine but tired as was the hotel itself - definitely in need of a modern refurb. Things to bear in mind: The food was not great all inclusive lots of pork (I don't eat pork) no signage, asking for a well done egg in the morning was hard - there were hardly any English speaking chefs in the restaurant - really hard to communicate and to know what each dish was and signage was not aways added Drinks out of a machine (no bottles or cans available to all inclusive had to be bought) No real coffee no barista all again out of a machine No concept of cocktails - never seen a pina colada like the one I ordered there! The snacks in the bar area were none existence - no signage or menus telling you what was available In the room no welcome note or even information on what number to dial if you need reception During our stay 3 times the power went off completely was told it was an area wide issue - this delayed the lunch and they have no generator or one that is not equipped to handle such a power out For an entire day the water was unavailable (even to flush the loo) and that evening there was no hot water to show after a full day out My key for my hotel door never worked so would spend ages trying to get in until it would finally work No hand tissues in the main ladies toilets in the hotel After all of the above on the last day when we were due to leave at 5pm was told no lunch or drinks as leaving that day - it was only after we challenged it were we able to have lunch and when I gave my friend a drink (I still had my all inclusive bracelet) they tried to take it off her. Finally the bombshell of having left my charger in my bedroom only to be told it wasn't' there was enough to sour the whole trip for me - young receptionist with blonde streaks was rude unhelpful and could have prevented an entire scene (i created) by simply walking to lost property and handing it back instead she chose to lie and say was not handed in. This is all a true and honest account of the hotel - however i let all that pass apart from my last point as I was only there for the sunshine and sea but if the hotel /food are important factors to you then I would avoid - no customer service - some of the staff were lovely so wrong to tarnish them all but very basic hotel and absolutely not a 4 star x

I stayed in THB Sur Mallorca in June 2023 and loved the hotel. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful (they gave us a map of the resort, with tips where to go). We had two double rooms, with beautiful sea views. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the balcony had 2 chairs and a table. We booked Half Board - the food was so good! There was a Mediterranean, Mexican and Turkish night during our stay. All meals were fresh, lots of fruit, veggies and cheeses too. The staff in the restaurant were cleaning the tables constantly and were all very friendly and nice. Colonia Sant Jordi is a quiet resort and the hotel is located in between two very nice beaches (walking distance, 10 - 15 min walk). The is a car park at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service on Reception when we arrive,Good location,The room was very nice with see view .The restaurant was also nice .Breakfast and dinner served on time you can see housekeeper cleaning all time when it's needed. We had wonderful time ..
