The staff were very helpful and nice specially Francesco, but they don’t have a bell boy to help with the bags.
The taxis are limited in this area but the receptionists helped us get one whenever we needed but you’ll wait about 20-30 min.
The rooms don’t have noise cancellation at all you can hear the room next to you if they’re talking

Toller Service, super Hotel vs. Mücken & Wanderweg
Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer zur Meerseite. Bett etc. ist alles super. Auch gefällt mir der rund um die Uhr Wasserservice, kostenloses Bike etc.
Was man wissen sollte:
Warum auch immer sind hier in der Gegend wahnsinnig viele kleine Fliegen und wesentlich schlimmer: Mücken. Das hat auf jeden Fall nichts mit der Sauberkeit des Hotels zu tun, die ist 1a. Also ordentlich Mückenschutz mitnehmen!
Die Terrassenanlage zum Meer ist super schön, nicht zu eng und keine nervigen Reservierungsmenschen jetzt Anfang Mai. Ich bekam immer eine Liege. Aber auch hier aufgrund der Lage: es laufen auf dem Wanderweg immer Menschen entlang, je weiter am Meer, desto eher direkt an Deiner Liege ;). Muss man mögen. Das Neni ist als normales Restaurant zu buchen. Sehr lecker aber ebenfalls bedeutet das, wenn man "Pech" hat diniert eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Also nichts mehr mit "adult only", sollte man darauf beim Buchen Wert legen.
Zusammenfassung: Toller Service, super Hotel mit kleinen "Umgebungsschwächen".

Bella vacanza Maiorchina da ricordare
Bella vacanza in un nuovo hotel giovanile ma ricercato. Bella posizione di fronte alle scogliere e vicino alle spiagge fra le più belle di Maiorca.
Personale simpatico e sempre disponibile. Ottimo servizio e-bike nuove da utilizzare "free-of-charge".
Ottima e variegata colazione, mentre la cena al ristorante può essere migliorata nel numero dei piatti proposti. In generale da ritornarci.

Schöner Vibe, großartiges Frühstücksbuffet und Dinner! Unbedingt abends im Neni essen! Service und Speisen outstanding. Der Service beim Frühstück könnte sich beim Punkt Freundlichkeit mal von den Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus dem Abendservice was abschauen.
Zimmer sind je nach Lage mehr oder weniger ansprechend. Wir sollten erst in so einer Art Nebengebäude im EG wohnen, das war furchtbar. Konnten dann ein anderes Zimmer im Poolhaus bekommen, das war okay. Leider ein paar Haare auf dem Boden, daher keine 5 Sterne bei Sauberkeit. Wir sind auch nicht so ein Fan von dunkelgrüner Bettwäsche - muss man mögen. Kostenlose Refillmöglichkeit von Trinkwasser war top, findet man auch nicht überall.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat einen coolen Vibe und bietet viele tolle Sachen. Als wir dort waren regnete es allerdings an 2 Tagen stark. Es kam zu Überschwemmung, Stromausfall, Tropfen ins Zimmer, usw. Wir hatten einen ganzen Tag kein Strom im Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und gab sein bestes die Situation zu meistern, aber ich war etwas enttäuscht, da am Schluss keine Preisminderung gemacht wurde aufgrund der Umstände.
