Horrible overrated motel masquerading as a Spa Hotel. Rude staff, ongoing construction noise and motel level breakfast among many other issues. See pictures for the entire story.

Hace años vamos a este hotel, a nosotros nos gusta mucho. Esta bien ubicado, tiene lo necesario para una buena estadía. El desayuno podría mejorar pero esta bien. El restaurante NO es del hotel y es excelente. Se nota el paso del tiempo porque le falta mantenimiento pero nada que arruine la estadía. Lo único malo es que la calefacción la manejan ellos. Nosotros llamamos porque teníamos calor y nos dijeron "abran la ventana" porque el aire está en neutro ya que no consideramos que es necesario prenderlo 😡

La verdad un lugar único. Una experiencia inolvidable. Un servicio espectacular. El spa un servicio impecable. La comida y el desayuno una maravilla. Todo un lujo. Volveré cuando pueda. La vista al río desde la habitación y el desayunador un deleite.

Estuve alojado una semana en una habitación frente al rio, que son las mejores La habitación es amplia, con hermosa vista al rio, tiene frigobar, microondas, bañera con hidromasaje. Todo lo referente a la ropa blanca, sabanas, toalla, batas, excelente. La ubicación es muy buena y cerca de todo. El desayunado en el 4° piso tiene una hermosa vista al río. El restaurante Hugo, que está junto al hotel, ofrece platos de calidad a precios razonables. El spa con la pileta climatizada interna es amplia, muy relajante. Puntos negativos: La pileta al aire libre se abre recién en noviembre. Teniendo en cuenta el nivel del hotel, podría ser calefaccionada para que los huéspedes puedan salir al exterior. El desayuno es bueno pero con lo justo, tiene poca variedad La señal de cable es bastante deficiente Para terminar, quiero hacer referencia a lo que hace grande a un hotel, que es su personal. Son todos muy serviciales, desde los que atienden la recepción, a la gente del spa, destacándose Lorena en masajes, a la gente de limpieza en este caso menciono a Gisella y Andrea. Desde aquí mi cariño y reconocimiento a todos ellos que hace más confortable la estadía de los huéspedes en el hotel

Tengan mucho cuidado con las ofertas que ponen en sus agentes vendedores(plataformas de reservas) y en lo que te cobran al final. AUNQUE LE MOSTRÉ LA CAPTURA DE PANTALLA DE LO QUE COMPRE, me dicen que el portal le mando otra cosas y me estafaron. Por supuesto que les dije que es responsabilidad de ellos pero no hubo forma!!!

Excelente atención y limpieza. Hay frigobar y microondas en la habitación pero preferiría una cafetera o pava eléctrica. Faltó un cesto de residuos secos en el cuarto ( solo había uno pequeño en el baño). La cama, almohadas, ropa blanca y mantas excelente. La ubicación es muy cómoda y cerca de todo. El desayunado en el 4° piso con vista al río es un sueño. El restaurante ofrece muy buenos platos a precios muy razonables. El ambiente en general del hotel es muy tranquilo y la pileta climatizada del spa es grande y relajante. Buena relación precio- servicio.
