Much about this location is excellent: the parking, the accommodation and, most importantly, the food. There are also some excellent staff. My only criticism is that it has difficulty offering the services of a hotel. We arrived in the late afternoon, having not eaten during the day, and wanted a small plate of food and glass of wine before dinner. Reception suggested wait until dinner (!) and then it took 15 minutes when I persisted. The half-bottle of champagne was served perfectly, although the cheese and some bread was minimal. The proprietors obviously expect you to order through the establishment as there are no glasses, corkscrew or fridges in the rooms. That’s fine, but the system needs to be in place to accommodate orders for food and drink during the day. Everything else fine.

Excellent déjeuner hier! cuisine de qualité, excellent service, cadre agréable! A refaire sans hésitation, avons fait cent cinquante km mais le prestation mérite largement le déplacement. Vins assez chers mais le Mâcon blanc à prix rasonnable était était très convenable. Bravo à toute l'équipe!

Mooi gebouw, prachtige kamer, goed onderhouden park. Het menu van 97 euro was heerlijk, smaakvol,mooi gepresenteerd. De glazen, het servies waarop het eten werd gepresenteerd waren modern, hedendaags. De wijn was top. Het meisje dat ons bediende was zeer vriendelijk doch sprak zo stil dat het nauwelijks verstaanbaar was waardoor veel info betreffende het eten dat ze kwam voorstellen verloren ging, in tegenstelling tot de uitleg van de maitre/sommelier die vlot en verstaanbaar was. Slechts de inrichting van het restaurant vond ik minder, de tafels zonder tafelkleed en vooral de lederen stoelen waarop we moesten plaatsnemen en die echt wel doorgezeten warenen dus niet meer comfortabel aan voelden. Maar nogmaals, het eten was absoluut 1 ster waardig.

Repas délicieux d’un bout à l’autre. Nous avons pris le menu gastronomique et l’avons beaucoup apprécié, surtout le homard, la lotte, le pigeonneau et les deux desserts. Grand choix de vin. Service impeccable et souriant. Enfin de la cuisine et pas du tape à l’œil genre émission télévision.

Cuisine de haut niveau, très grande fraîcheur, et personnel de service très agréable et discret. Le menu « je vous ai compris est excellent. Les conseils œnologiques sont avisés. Nous avons opté pour un Champagne Drappier carte d’or. Bravo

Très belle expérience de fraîcheur dans l'assiette. De la mise en bouche jusqu'au dessert et le café ! Bravo à l'équipe que nous avons salué en cuisine. Une décoration réalisée avec beaucoup de goût et un parc joliment entretenu. La journée fut riche d'émotions avec la visite de la demeure du Général Charles de Gaulle, et de son mémorial.

Dans une vielle bâtisse pleine de charme s'est implanté ce très bon restaurant. la salle à manger est au 1er étage. Ce qui nous a déconcerté c'est "l'austérité" du lieu. Des tables sans nappe ni même de set, cela ressemblait plutôt à un buffet de la gare. Pourtant nous sommes dans un étoilé Michelin !. De plus, cela ne ressemblait pas à la photo sur le site. Le menu à 97 € a été très apprécié heureusement. Beau et bon n'est ce pas le principal ? Non. L'ambiance dans laquelle vous consommez à son importance. Boiriez vous du champagne dans un verre à moutarde ? Ambiance à revoir, repas excellent toutefois, à notre avis, un cher en comparaison.
