I spent a week at this location and I have been a member for over 10 years with Marriott, and Ritz Carlton . The second night as I was walking in to go to my room the receptionist told me to sign for the post card which I had none in my hand it was a picture of my family and I on a river cruise picture, after I tried explaining it to her twice,I had to turn it around to show her it wasn’t. They were hesitant to give toilet paper, and they didn’t want to bring fresh towels also we asked numerous times for face towels and they only gave them to us once in a week! They had a attitude every time we asked for service. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever frequented . It’s bad enough that the people were blatantly rude but the hotel is not up to standards of a Marriott hotel or our family let’s just say we didn’t enjoy our stay and we checked out and asked to speak to the manager he was not there! I'm looking at the reviews and see that they are finally responding to complaints, my stay was over 4 years ago and never recived a apology or email . I spent a great deal of money their to be treated horrible , and I would never recommend any of my coworker's whom travel alot with over 26,000 employees at one of our 25 locations , family, or friends . Oh I also informed my fellow coworkers in a company email to everyone of my horrible experiance . Bye the way you will spend a lot money on taxies getting to Paris because this location is 20-30 minutes away . I had no idea it was so far away and hope there is no traffic.
