A real treat - a 5 star experience for a 3 star price. Ideal quiet getaway. Couldn't really fault this place as far as quality, service, pool area, gardens and the rooms. Its a smaller adults only hotel with about 15 rooms all recently refurbished to a high standard. Maid cleaning every day, breakfast included in the room rate. Onsite spa was very reasonably priced and the ladies really enjoyed it. You need a car here for sure. It's 25 min drive to Verona, 40 mins drive to Lake Garda, and an hour+ train ride to Venice (from San Bonifacio station - 15 mins drive from hotel). 2 hours to Milan. We loved Villa Zoppi's proximity to Soave town, and Valpolicella wine region too. The hotel doesn't serve dinner (but does do snacks and lunch up to about 7pm) so they provided an approved list of about a dozen good restaurants close by or as far as Verona. Staff were excellent, well informed and attentive. Cleaning was excellent. Breakfast excellent. The lounge area was quite small with room for only 4-6 guests so generally only one group at a time - that was the only thing we could fault. We'd go back for sure.

Quite an amazing beautiful boutique hotel Staff amazingly helpful and friendly, just loved this place Massive rooms and ours had a shower that turned into steam room, free standing bath massive comfortable bed and very beautifully decorated and lite Breakfast are lovely and the weather permitting the swimming pool is a dream 25 mins from Verona and so much in the area Loved it

So happy we booked this hotel during our visit in Verona. Very clean hotel with friendly staff and a great pool. Hotel rooms are big and very comfortable. Lunch was ok. Perfect for staying at the pool during the day and visiting verona in the afternoon.

Everything was perfect! Do not hesitate for a second. The staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel is new and immaculate. Great amentities. Pool area is heaven. So clean. Staff so courteous. Will defitinely be back.

Very nice hotel with very large rooms and outdoor space. Great pool, which I didn’t have the time to enjoy since I got lost running uphills but down to another village. Rather poor breakfast, but in one sense perfect, since you anyway eat too much during the day. Nice staff

We were upgraded to a superior room, which had a very large bathroom with an enormous hot tub and beautifully tiled floors. The room as such was also finished to a very high standard and the bed was very comfortable. It was a hot week and the air conditioning controls worked flawlessly. There was a nice breakfast on the covered patio. Enough sun loungers for all guests around a large, clean pool. Very friendly staff, at reseption staff were fluent in Italian, German and English. A very nice touch for us was the covered EV parking, with charging for our Tesla at no cost. We could not hear the road through the village on the other side of the property walls; the road was only noticeable when sitting by the pool. Excellent value for money.

I stayed here with my teenage son for one night before heading to the Dolomites. What a treat this beautiful boutique hotel is. I had read all the reviews and seen the website before booking and this hotel did not disappoint. In walled grounds, this impressive mansion has been superbly restored. The reception staff and manger were very friendly, completely professional and very welcoming. We stayed in a classic room which was luxurious. The bed and pillows and linen were of the highest quality and the bathroom lovely. The breakfast buffet was magnificent. Everything we wanted and more. The espresso macchiato was so nice, I had 3. A choice of eating inside or as we chose under the shade outside in the summer heat was lovely. The pool and poolside jacuzzi were of the highest standard. We stayed on after checking out. Superb. The pool service of drinks was lovely and for somewhere that does not have lunch or dinner restaurant facilities, a club sandwich with a soft drink and coffee was perfect for us. I can’t comment on the spa as the weather was too good for us to stay inside but I’m sure given the quality of everything else it will be awesome. I highly recommend the Hotel Villa Zoppi and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Villa Zoppi a week in July…and we had an amazing time. The hotel room was beautiful decorated, bed very comfortable and pool towels and bag was also provided. The breakfast was served outside in the beautiful garden. When it comes to the service the staff really goes that extra mile for you and gladly help you book everything from restaurants, sightseeing and wine tastings. They also help me with a manicure/pedicure appointment during our stay since we were heading for a big party after our stay and for me I’ve never experienced such devotion before from a hotel to organise this for me. We definitely come back!! // Jenny
