Επέλεξα να μείνω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο τον Νοέμβριο του '22. Σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν καλό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο, με καθαρά κλινοσκεπάσματα, υπέροχο στρώμα, καλό φωτισμό και με ευρύχωρο μπάνιο. Ωστόσο, η μία λάμπα στο δωμάτιο ήταν καμένη ενώ το mini bar για 4* ξενοδοχείο, άδειο! Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο σε επιλογές, σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον με καθαρά σερβίτσια. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου φιλικό, πρόθυμο να απαντήσει σε κάθε ερώτηση, ωστόσο, όταν ζήτησα πληροφορίες για μεταφορά προς το αεροδρόμιο, η μοναδική επιλογή (τους) ήταν ”ταξί” που κατέληξε σε συνεργαζόμενο γραφείο - ενώ σε ερώτηση ενημέρωσης δρομολογίων των λεωφορείων (μιας κι η πτήση ήταν πρωινή ώρα), η απάντηση τους ήταν ”δεν γνωρίζουμε, πρέπει να ενημερωθείτε απ' την εκάστοτε εταιρεία”, κάτι φυσικά που με απογοήτευσε, διότι περίμενα καλύτερη και πληρέστερη ενημέρωση απ' το Guest Relation. Όσον αφορά τη τοποθεσία, βρίσκεται μόλις 5 λεπτά μακριά (με τα πόδια) απ' το μετρό και μέσα σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο του Μιλάνο.

The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the front desk staffs are super helpful. I also requested to change my room as I didn’t like the toilet as they first provided me a room with a disable toilet, and when I asked to change, they immediately changed it for me. Location was super convenient as well, the Metro was just 3mins away, and there’s supermarkets and shopping mall 5-8mins away, all walking distance🥰 The only thing that I didn’t like and it should have been better is the dinner; I ordered salmon with mashed potatoes, and I was surprised when it arrived on my table…it looked like it was frozen and that it just came out of the microwave…

Modernized, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. For work reasons we arrived at the hotel late in the evening and although the spa might have been closed at that time the staff did their utmost to ensure that we had our time available for the sauna, Turkish bath and hydromassage! The spa staff are extremely kind and friendly!

I booked and paid for standard bed however once I was there I was informed they are full to capacity and only twins beds were available. My trip was for 5 nights and the they would only be able to offer me a standard bed the last night of my stay. I was also told that I'm staying longer than the normal as their minimum patrons stays between 2-3 nights and my stay is longer. The food is also not desirable. I was disappointed by that being in Italy and not having a capable chef. The person working was overwhelm as the was the only one and there were many people to attend to. The location was not ideal as it was right next to an abandon building and walking to get the bus was dark and creepy. Because it was my first time in Milan I was expecting more but next time I'll choose another hotel closer to the town. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Buffet breakfast had a good choice and good coffee. We liked a safe underground parking free of charge and the dedicated smoking area where you can actually sit down. Unusually, but the reception is not on the ground floor, but in the basement. Location is good if you have a car and don't mind walking some 15-20 minutes to metro that will take you to Milan center in about 30 minutes. Overall, good value

Before my trip, I tried to retrieve my reservation information from their website, but it was very slow and didn't work. I then contacted them via email to confirm my reservation and indicate I would arrive late and wanted to guarantee my room. This was 48 hous before my trip, but I never got a response. The bedroom was alright, but the light system a bit tricky and unpractical. You need the bedroom key to turn on the light in the bathroom, but it turns it off in the bedroom. The hotel bar was closed, many of us were there for a trade show, so it was impossible to meet in the evening for business transaction ; first time I see this near a conference facility. Finally, we had a dinner with all the attendees from the trade show, for which we were charged 30 euros, it was a buffet, but all there was salads, a few slices of deli meat, and a fruit salad for dessert. No main course, no meat or vegs, and we we had to leave the room at 21h30 when we were not finished eating what little we'd found. Staff at the restaurant was rude. Reception personel was pleasant. I left one day early because of my bad experience with the dining event. I wil never go back to this place, typical of large hotel group who don't give a kopek about customer service ; it's all about a quick buck.
