The check-in/out was easy. The room was clean. I got the best room and every evening i watched the sunset.There is a Coffee2GO just outside the hotel. Overall the neighbour is nice, alot of restaurants and cafes. It's very close to the Central Mosque:)

Joyn Cologne is situated in very lively district of Cologne. Near to S and U bahn stations. The street has every amenities that you might need, several supermarkets, restaurants The building itself has a cold 70´s feeling but inside of the rooms are nicely refurbished with modern design, including cute mini Smeg fridges. Bathroom was particularly nice. Self check in process seems complicated at first but actually is easy and efficient. Reception desk is helpful when needd My only complaint was the kids noise coming from outside such as Kindergarten but hotel can not do anything about it. Recommendd

L'alloggio di per sé non è male ma da quando siamo arrivati (2 GG fa) siamo senza acqua calda e oggi ci hanno avvisato che non ci sarà acqua calda per i prossimi 4-5 giorni. Siamo al limite della truffa visto che altri clienti che sono arrivati prima di noi ci hanno detto che sono già 5 giorni che sono senza. Chiaramente ci hanno avvisato solo il giorno del nostro arrivo per evitare disdette
