Staff very helpful and pleasant.Room had kitchenette and wardrobe.Parking was undercover and the position was great.Near the train station and the Dom.Dom Christmas market was so crowded it was a waste of time but smaller ones were good.

Excellent central location. Spotlessly clean. Very secure. So quiet at night time. Within walking distance of transportation and main attractions. Brilliant for families. Would stay here again. Staff very helpful & spoke English. Keyless entry was smart because you couldn’t lose a code.

Highly recommend this place, especially due to its proximity to the train station. The check-in process was quick and easy; the staff marked all the nearby markets on the map and provided contact numbers for any queries during our stay. The apartments were spacious and impeccably clean. It was a nice touch to find a coffee machine in the room, and the easy-to-use microwave was convenient for warming up a quick snack in the evening. The city centre is just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of leaving our luggage upon checking out and collecting it around 3 pm for our onward journey. I would definitely choose to stay here again. We particularly enjoy visiting Cologne for the Christmas markets, as most are within walking distance. Bonn is also a nice city to explore, just a short train ride away, and it has a lovely Christmas market too.
