this place is disgusting. avoid at all cost.
3pm check in is a lie. i waited for my room till 3.30pm. they said the room was not ready. only after complaining did they give me keys to a room that was “ready”.
well, it wasn’t. the toilet roll is empty - although there’s a second full one below. there is only 1 towel for a couple, there’s hair at the sink and the toilet bowl is dirty. how is this ready? absolutely disgusting!
lastly, the check out took super long. they provide “express check out” but you lose your 50 euros deposit. is that how they earn extra tips? we have a train to catch, yet only 1 guy is handling the checking out and he is absolutely inexperienced. he takes at least 20mins each time and saw him ask someone else questions while handling the person in front of me.
the couple behind me also complaining how bad this place is. trust me, avoid this hellhole

A very great hotel to live in Köln ，Position is in the center of city and city walk is very vonvenient for many famous historical views.
The most important is the service.

Absolutely recommended, especially for people wanting a quiet place near the train station. Has a spa that we didnt have time to use.
