We arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

Very good, very good, but a little far from the train station. The town is very nice, very quiet, with a medieval feel, worth bringing family and friends back. The room is very clean, great!

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are clean, beds very comfortable.
The staff is very kind and welcoming, they responded to my request by phone to change rooms with 2 single beds and we were very satisfied with my friend. We had a great time at this hotel.
