The hotel was very responsive and the service was very thoughtful. Fantastic breakfast!

No amenities at all. Restaurants and bar closed for the whole of our stay. Were we advised of this when we booked - no. Are we charged less than normal rates for this - doesn’t look like it. Disgrace. I thought a 5 star rating was based on amenities provided. As there are no amenities surely this is more l8e a 2 star hotel.

We had a wonderful experience here! They offer such warm hospitality, from the delicious complementary breakfasts to the historic building and restaurant. The room was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it for a romantic stay in Colmar!

It was my second stay there and La Maison de Têtes gets better and better !!! Absolutely amazing from the service to the room, the Restaurant, everything is perfect . Cant wait for next year to return, that place leave a memory and fill your soul with amazing professionalism

This historical building and hotel sits in the heart of Colmar. You are walking distance from all of the attractions and venues that Colmar has to offer. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. From the front desk clerk to the housekeeping team. The hotel has an old world charm with its unique and ornate facade and building, yet inside it has been totally updated with modern decor and furnishings, from the lobby to the guest rooms and bathrooms which are quite spacious for such an old building. Everything was immaculately clean from the beautiful entry courtyard to the lobby and interior rooms. The bed, pillows and duvet cover were all extremely comfortable and clean. As for the hotel’s location, it is in the heart of the Alsace region. You are literally less than an hour, in any direction, from the top places to visit, such as Strasbourg and all of the nearby fairytale towns and castles. The topography around Colmar is that of vineyards, rolling hills, and mountains to the east where you can see Germany at a distance. We had breakfast every morning in their casual restaurant and the food and service was exceptional. We did not have an opportunity to have dinner at their Michelin restaurant. However, we were told by other guest that it was very good. If you are driving, make sure to reserve a parking spot with the hotel in advance, as parking is limited. I believe the rate is 25.00 Euros per night. We hope to return in the near future. ————————

My wife and I just spent a wonderful three nights at this 5 star hotel. Our room was large and very comfortable, the bath spacious and the service outstanding. Everything that Colmar has to offer was right outside the door. We reserved a parking space before arriving, which proved very convenient for our tour of neighboring villages. Our meals at the Brasserie Historique were very good and we highly recommended it.

Very nice Hotel ! In the historical center. Well situated to visit. Well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, clean, well equipped and quiet ! Two very good restaurants : one star, one traditional. Giving the choice of what you want…in the morning excellent breakfast served at your table, with a comprehensive choice. Staff is ALLROUND professional and very friendly !
