Unisotel Colmar Ex Hôtel F1

After just one night at this hotel, I woke up covered in bed bug bites!!! I was shocked by the number of bites and am now anxiously hoping I didn’t bring any bed bugs home in my luggage. The hygiene was subpar; the room and shared facilities were not very clean. Additionally, their electronic check-in system was not working, resulting in a long and problematic check-in process. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Review: Unfortunately, I must advise against staying at this hotel. The security deficiencies began with a broken lock on the room door, which caused an unsettling feeling. The hygiene was severely lacking; dirty bed linen, as well as floors and walls, were not only unsightly but also unhygienic. The toilet was also dirty, and there was a lack of soap in the shower. To make matters worse, it was noisy at night, making restful sleep impossible. The overall sense of security was non-existent, which is especially unacceptable for children and families. In my opinion, the hotel is not just in need of renovation but should rather be replaced with a new building, as the current conditions are no longer bearable. Untrained, unskilled staff. They have no understanding of hotel management. Personnel non formé, non qualifié. Ils ne comprennent rien à la gestion hôtelière.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Stay away from this hotel! It's a horrible place, terrible conditions, the place is not a HOTEL but a hostel with shared bathrooms and the manager Ioanna refuses to refund me money. I booked a 2 nights stay, with refundable tariff, and immediately after getting there I asked to cancel my second night - the manager Ioanna agreed to the refund, and assured me that I would get the money back (after she has taken a full payment for 2 nights) I left the hotel and now she is denying the refund, she is not responding to emails and phone calls and she lied about giving me the money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, NEVER BOOK HERE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, this place is a trap and the management is terrible.
