Beautiful restaurant and food. The deal for 30euro was so huge, shared between 3 of us. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Was a rainy day so sat inside which is very modern but comfortable. Staff rushed off their feet but took time to chat.

It is basically a restaurant, with some rooms on top. Restaurant is overall good (but without any top outcomes). You have a very limited support outside restaurant working hours. Rooms sound insulation is NOT good (if your neighbor decides to talk all night, it will seems it's laying close to you). Breakfast is a defined mix (good quality anyway). Parking is 200 mts from entrance

We had a thoroughly pleasant time visiting friends for a wedding reception. The hotel room is clean/modern and the location is brilliant. Anais went out of her way to make us feel right at home. First time in Collobrieres and won’t be our last. The outstanding views, great restaurants coupled with a very nice place to stay made it a memorable trip.

Beautifully decorated hotel in small village. Very quaint, rooms nice and clean. Breakfast very French (the usual suspects - croissants, bread etc) so adequate but not great for those on diets! There are several restaurants in the village but we ate in the hotel - truly outstanding, had sanglier daube, the best we have ever tasted! Lovely bar, pleasant to sit in or on the terrace Staff are super helpful and kind, even to the point of carrying my bag up to the room A little street noise kept us awake but the village was gearing up for the chestnut festival so I would imagine its normally quiet.

Hotel des Maures is everything you want from a hotel - friendly, helpful staff (thanks for looking after us Anais), clean, modern rooms, the best croissants at breakfast and an excellent restaurant and bar. Hospitality at its very best. Highly recommend!

Excellent meal with regional products, pleasant service from attentive and smiling staff. Anchoiade and pissaladière very successful, Wild boar and beef cheek very well simmered, The dessert no less top notch.. To do again without hesitation on the next visit..

We spent 4 nights in this charming hotel restaurant in the heart of the village. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and with very good bedding. As for the restaurant, the setting is as beautiful as the cuisine is good: duck breast with perfect honey and thyme sauce, delicious fish soup, very good pissaladière. Not forgetting the staff who are also very welcoming. Stay as you are !!
