Homegate Inn and Suites Collierville TN

Room door was kicked on to door locks, with daylight showing around the door. Cigarette burns through the bedding. Bathroom sink broken and the whole place was dirty. The air smelled of mildew. Felt very unsafe left immediately front desk would not refund nothing. Please dont go there.

A good place to stay The vending machines have taken my money on two different machines they need to be fixed. Overall, the place is cool. The rooms are comfortable. You have privacy. The birds are always chirping, which is a delight.

Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, never used it but 1 time. Cable want out along with the WiFi, other than that, beds were comfortable shower water was hot

Hotel was pk This day was OK. The only thing that really bothered me was I was being watched while walking on the stairs by someone who seemed to be either a family member of the hotel or an owner. I’m not sure. I spoke to him, but he continued to watch me, so I eventually had to tell him that I did not like that. Later on that night, I also noticed the police around my car. He drove around the parking lot, and then doubled back again got out of his car and started to flash his lights into my window Because I have shaders on my Windows to protect from heat. I asked him why he was looking in my car, and he told me he could look into whatever car he’d like. I advised him that he could not do that unless he has suspicion of a crime and that I had watched him the whole time inspect my car with no purpose. He told me that I could come down and talk to him I did not feel comfortable with that being that he was already trying to create or look for something that was not there. I went back into my room. He finally went away from my car. I am not sure if the area is unsafe, but I don’t like being made a criminal.

Everything was good about the stay. Workers didn’t stay around the front desk very much. Waited 15 to 20 minutes to get a room key, and drop my room key off to check out. Also the shower head was broken so had to work with what we had.

Ehhh... Room was very dark. Light bulbs burnt out. Couldnt watch tv except 1 channel bc tv/remote broken. My car alarm went off during night. First night there someone went around and knocked on all doors at midnight. Breakfast was ok at best. Didnt restock milk and went to make cereal and there was only a splash left. I used to stay in this hotel when it was Days Inn. It seemed better off before remodel. No one ever at desk. Beds were comfortable.
