An absolute disgrace to call this a Hotel. No WIFI. No Hot water. Bathroom not been modified since opening (Tin shower well.Carpets absolute thread bare. No cupboards to hang close. No remote for TV. Only basic. Worktop on top of fridge filthy. A disgrace to the Community.

We popped into this establishment late in the afternoon and enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar. The staff were very friendly and engaging and made us feel very welcome. We stayed on and had an early dinner and the food and service was superb. We would go back again when next in Collie.

Denise was very welcoming and the location is great. Our Cavalier loved scampering about on the upstairs verandah. We enjoyed taking our breakfast and a few takeaway dinners out there as well.

It was the third time I have stayed at "The Colliefields" because it is the only place there, to offer value for money accomodation. Besides offering a reasenobly size air-conditioned room, equiped withTV and heated mattress, it also allows one to have a somptuous breakfast! And it is all included in the price which is reasonable and substantially lower than in the other places there.. In the morning, the Hotel opens a whole mini restaurant for breakfast and lunch, place that seems to be very popular! The trip to Collie was part of me starting or ending on the famouos Bibbulmun Truck

Beware, prepare to be disappointed !
Condition of the place was so awful we couldn't stomach staying there & actually had to forfeit one night's accommodation to bail. Very run down establishment, overflowing bins, steep staircase,grotty cupboard where so called breakfast was kept. Overpriced for this hotel which is more of a backpackers dump.( Probably luxury if the alternative was camping on the ground under the stars, but not suitable for us). I should have taken photos to show how disappointing it was! Rate it 1 out of 10. The 1 for the nice lady on the desk the next day who refunded me 1 of the 2 nights accommodation. Had a geat stay at The Banksia Motel down the road which I rate 9 out of 10 by comparison. From old,tired, unkempt to very nicely presented & appointed. Highy recommend this one!
