The stay was nice the pool was awesome breakfast could’ve been a little better like cooked scrambled eggs salsa and turkey sausage for people who don’t eat pork

I really missed it to be able to stay in such a good hotel at the price of 400 yuan. The front desk was very enthusiastic and patient in explaining. About 10 minutes after arriving in the room, I called to ask if there were any other needs? It’s really considerate! ! ! ! !

The shower drain was stopped up. The cold water faucet was backwards. There was no rubber backed bathmat. The curtains were difficult to close. Some electrical outlets were loose. The bed was ok The pillows were ok. The rooms were clean. The wake up call was on time. In all our travels, we have NEVER had to pay for breakfast. Paying $173 a night and having to pay for breakfast as well is ridiculous! We will not being staying in any of you hotels again.

The hotel was very clean inside and outside. The bed and bedding was very nice and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets to plug in all our electronics and a CPAP machine, which is always a big plus! We did have to figure out the Nest thermostat. The hair dryer had a built in night light!

Hotel advertised a price then purposefully charged a different price without saying anything about it and stating they would send the receipt via email. Do not trust this hotel or the people behind the counter. Shady! Look elsewhere or demand information.

Can you tell this is Microtel. They are exceptional. They operate like a 5-star hotel, best in town, and best customer service in Texas. Check-in staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She follow-up called after check-in to ensure my satification and check to see if everything is okay. Room 102 is very nice, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained with clean linens and pleasant scents. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Happy with our experience!
I was nervous staying here after reading the reviews but our room was nice and clean, hotel was quiet and breakfast was really good. I will definitely stay here again.

Poor Features
The shower water temp was not hot and only warm at best both days. The real issue with the room was motion or movement requirement to keep the lights on. I was required to get out of bed while reading to active the lights. I was unable to sit and watch TV without the lights going off. I'm all about efficiency, but this was absurd! I would never stay at this location again!

Always a nice place to stay very clean and their breakfast is actually amazing. Added bonus when the girls always have a wonderful smile on.
