My spouse and I are frequent Titanium Elite (75+ day) travellers. This Residence Inn is an aging property. The room was nice and clean. The televisions are older with only 1 HDMI connection so you must disconnect to stream from a mobile device. Breakfast was quite disappointing, foam plates, plastic utensils, a hot server where the lid does not close, slow replenishment of items, low quality margarine spread. Use real butter, plates & utensils like other Residence Inns. If you serve biscuits, make sure you don't run out with only 6 people and tell others that it will be 15 minutes for more.

One of my favorite Residence Inns ever! Crazy convenient for us going to watch a graduation. Not too expensive. The checkin desk help was just superb and personable. And most importantly I love the layout of the room. I could spend some serious time in it. Clean, large, comfy and has ALL the amenities for a longish stay. This hit the mark for me.

I'd give a 4.5 if I could. Room 423 was big and nice, which it should be for the price. The TV wouldn't turn on - oh well! The included breakfast was okay but is really outshined by almost any Holiday Inn Express breakfast. At least the apple juice was very good.

I stopped into this place by accident, only looking for some zzz's and to be on my way in the morning. I have used this community before, and the college all but guarantees a decent quality room at an affordable rate. I had not used this property before, but my first impressions of the place were how clean and maintained the place was. The desk agent who checked us in, I believe was mark, was most professional and courteous in the process. When we got our keys and got to our room it was in equally clean, and well maintained order. The only things I found that did not work were the work light over the kitchenette, and the dishwasher door apparently locked, as nothing was going to release it, and it didn't have a slider on the front to open it. I couldn't use the percolator assuming that the urn was in there, and I couldn't get it open. It was an overnight stay, and I had no intention of cooking anything beyond warming up a cup of coffee in the microwave. When it was time for breakfast they had a pretty standard fare of scrambled eggs, meat, toast, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and cereals. All of it was well prepared with an inviting service area and very clean tables and dining room. I've one suggestion that would make the property more appealing than it is today. The HVAC unit evaporator motor literally roared, loud enough it interfered with hearing the TV. Additionally, while in the breakfast area there was another blower vibrating so loudly it was vibrating parts of the building, and again creating excessive amounts of noise. This is Texas, and these units run year-around, and I'm sure the motors in there, while turning, are very aged. I left the next morning by 10 with a good feeling about the place, and I'd not hesitated to use them again, or recommend them. The rate was good, the property exemplary, and the stay a positive experience. And, there's lots of collateral businesses in the area close by for any kind of shopping desire a guest may have. And, the college is not more than ¼ mile away to the West.

The worst experience at a Marriot group hotel. As in most of the Bonvoy group hotels in USA, the breakfast was the salty sausage/bacon and scrambled egg everyday which is already know and therefore, I am not complaining. The main problem were the people, they don't even know how to smile! They were rather RUDE! Being a platinum elite member of Marriott Bonvoy, I am eligible for many things including upgrade and late checkout of course subject to availability which is well known. However, the man at the desk (sorry to mention his name, JUSTIN) was so arrogant! I just asked for a late check out at 2:00PM, which he agreed, and said "subject to availability" He keep repeating it..........I was really pissed off. How can someone say that you can check out at 2:00PM and say at the same time "subject to availably" ? I checked out anyway before 1:00PM and back home in the and UK and this is the first thing I am doing on my computer. How can Marriott keep someone like him? I will never go back to the same hotel!

Stayed at the Residence Inn Bryan College Station with my family of four while I attended a conference nearby. Our suite had a separate bedroom with a Queen bed and a large sofa bed in the living area, which gave us lots of room to stretch out. The kids also enjoyed having their own tv (and the seemingly endless episodes of Bluey - a small reminder of home). The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was starting to look a little tired (we also prefer having a walk-in shower instead of a shower over tub). The hotel had great facilities. The kids made good use of the large indoor pool and the small outdoor basketball court (balls available from Reception). I found the coin-operated guest laundry really handy for managing the mountain of laundry generated when road-tripping with kids. The reception staff were also able to change quarters for me. The complimentary breakfast provided was okay - it consisted of the usual American breakfast spread (waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages or bacon, cereal, yoghurt). There were also plenty of other breakfast options nearby if looking for something different. It was convenient having several dining options within walking distance, and many more a short drive away. Housekeeping staff were awesome - we had an issue with a blocked toilet, which was quickly resolved. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. And we really liked the choc chip cookies provided at Reception. We had a great stay at the Residence Inn Bryan College Station, and highly recommend it for those looking for a family-friendly hotel in College Station.

Another FANTASTIC stay at Residence Inn in College Station! Staying here is always quiet & peaceful. The staff and management are always very welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. You can tell that everyone truly cares about making your stay the best it can be. The rooms are always clean & well maintained. The kitchen in the room is cute with everything you could need to cook a meal or reheat your leftovers from one of the many restaurants nearby. I brought my dog this time and she really enjoyed the stay as well. Plenty of places to take her on a walk. Breakfast offered plenty of different options each morning including cage free eggs, Chobani yogurt, strawberry waffles, many juice options, and even brie cheese! Thank you for another great stay! Looking forward to coming back soon.
