3-Star Hotels in College Park

The staying was nice, front desk staff welcoming and the location was great for where I wanted to travel to and from. Entry to the hotel smelled amazing daily. My only complaint is...my entire stay housekeeping never cleaned my room. I was disappointed in that. Other then that no problems.

The room had a pissy smell and the carpets had a smell they need to change the carpets on the floor, no continental breakfast , no ice . The pool are wasn't open it look a mess . The service was ok .but when you call the service desk no one answered. You had to go downstairs

we use this hotel when we are flying out early in the morning. always clean and easy to check in. we will continue to use this hotel as it is quite convenient to shuttle parking.

Cost-effective! Although there is a free pick-up and drop-off from the hotel's car, it is basically 30 minutes/shift because it is a little smaller. Other sizes are slightly larger, and the number of trips is frequent; The environment is beautiful because it is in the hills

We stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in a family vacation. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the services were excellent. we highly recommend this hotel!

The proximity to the Atlanta airport was amazing! We walked out the front doors of the hotel, turned right and we were at the FlyTrain station next door. Once on the FlyTrain, the very next stop was the airport. We were able to get from our hotel room to baggage check-in, in 7 minutes. The rooms are completely sound proof. We could see the airplanes, but couldn't hear any noise. We didn't want to eat at one of the neighboring hotels so we got in our car and ten minutes away we found many great eating options such as Olive Garden, Panda Express, etc. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with two beds and a trundle bed under the sofa. Everyone we encountered on the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again if we have a flight out of Atlanta. There were a couple minor issues we had with the hotel. The room design is sleek and modern, but the bathroom doors have translucent windows so in the night when someone gets up to go to the bathroom, they turn on the light in the bathroom, and it shines through the window into the sleeping area. Whoever designed this was thinking only of the aesthetics and not the practical aspects. The showers have large pump style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The conditioner was out. Our room was only supplied with one trash can liner, yet there were three trash cans. Our kids were disappointed that there was no swimming pool. We were told it was covered over to make a business meeting room. We got to the hotel early in the hopes of swimming so that was a disappointment. There really isn't anything to do in the hotel that is appealing to kids and teens. Also, no waffle maker at the hotel breakfast.

Overall, a good experience. The front desk was very nice and quick, our room had a crib as we requested. Very clean hotel with good service. The hallways are sad looking and dated. Bathrooms need an upkeep as well with the walls/tub/faucet. With a facelift, this hotel could be excellent! ***If you do long term airport parking, there are TWO Courtyard by Marriott... there is a South Road and another one. Make sure you don't get on the wrong shuttle like we did...

Super comfortable beds and pillows! I had to get a late checkout because I didn’t want to leave the bed...it was that amazing! Weird area, but convenient to the airport, which is what we needed.

I had a great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get where I needed to go. The hotel is good, but I really want to comment on Ctrip here. Most of the US trips about this month were booked in Ctrip, and there are quite a few real problems, but it is more worth mentioning that Ctrip's services. 1) It is easy to make a call. No matter when, the call will be answered manually, instead of fooling you like a lot of customer service machines. 2) In Ctrip booking hotels, air tickets and other layers of protection, there will be problems Ctrip will solve, do not have to go and negotiate with those who speak English. People in different countries will encounter various problems, but as long as they are in Ctrip, it is good to call them. Although the ordered products will have unexpected problems, such as this time actually booked a hotel that is not open, but Ctrip has actively changed to a better hotel. Although it has caused inconvenience to myself, it is understandable that I think Ctrip is so far away. 3) If personal losses are caused by the inconsistency of the information on the website, Ctrip will pay the indemnity and will arrive soon. Ctrip's quality service makes our trips very safe and we don't have to worry about problems. Suddenly I found that many companies in China have done much better than the United States. Ctrip is cheering and supporting you.
