Baymont by Wyndham College Park Atlanta Airport South

From a distance and pictures property appeared to very clean but once I pulled up it was dirty and outdated. People were hanging out everywhere. The first room was terrible reeked of urine and smoke. They did quickly switch rooms but again the walk to the new room was dirty outside n inside stairwells. The new room was cleaned barely n had roaches I had to put in a request for them to spray. House keeping banged on door coming back was not an option if u didn’t let them in then no cleaning no new towels. N they did not have extra blankets. And I checked out a day early and was told to have ******* call them for my refund. Still no refund as of today 6/3 and my stay was 5/15-5/17

Misleading The property didn’t look like advertise. It’s a old hotel in need of updates. The rooms didn’t have a phone in it, but if you look at the pictures, you will see a phone. Lots of people hanging out and the police was called to the property. The elevator was out of service and bugs was in bathroom.

We couldn't even stay here. Active police presence inside and outside of the hotel, filthy lobby, among other things. Do not recommend, stay safe.

Elevator out of service. Reserved two queen beds, got a single one.. night manager said he didn’t have a room with two queen beds. Took far too long to check in. Will not use in the future nor recommend.

Stairwells smelled like urine. Elevator out of order. Only one dryer worked. Breakfast advertised (that's part of why I got the room in the first place - I've got a child traveling with me) but they actually won't have breakfast until May. Change machine for the washer and dryer don't work. Big cockroach on the floor in our room, another one crawling on the bathroom sink while brushing my teeth. Mouse trap under the bed tells me this hotel is an absolute dump in a less than stellar side of town. Negative one star.
