They didn’t change bed sheets. You can even find last gusts’ hair on them.

Manager Carrie very rude and not military friendly. Her and her husband threaten me me as I was sitting in the lobby as if I didn’t pay my money to stay at the hotel

A nice lady picked us up from the airport and we were able check in and enjoyed the clean room. There were many choices at breakfast and the staff was so friendly. Thank you for a nice visit

It’s close to the airport and downtown. It’s clean and there’s an unlimited coffee, tea, or hot choco in the lobby. Steve was very helpful and accommodating.

The building it self is well maintained and clean. It’s the front desk personnel that make this hotel special. Steve was very helpful and accommodating. He made us feel well-cared for coming from our red-eye flight. Thank you Steve.

Bed was extremely comfortable . Room set up was odd, heater in one room, controls in another. Breakfast was a bust, didnt have as much due to no inventory or broken.

This place was okay . The staff is nice , but the cleaning service ladies only came to my room once out of the seven days that I was there . I had called the front desk and asked them if they could please at least send me some bags up to my room because my trash was filling up and they said they would tell their personnel but never did . Most of my tours were able to pick up from where I was so the location was okay . Their breakfast was also super good .

The air-conditioner is very bad. It makes very loud noise when turned on, which makes me hard to fall asleep. In fact, all air-conditioners in the hotel are the same. They are old machines and should be replaced with new modern air-conditioners which are quite and many functions.
