it is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter.

It was a great location. We are military and had our dogs with us and a ton of luggage, they allowed us to late checkout at no fee so we had enough time to make a couple trips over to our next hotel without having to kill time with the dogs and all our stuff.

Easy shuttle and close to the airport. Not as close to dining and site seeing but easy walk to the Riverboat. Overall good stay for our family of 4. Staff was very kind and helpful during our stay.

They came to a nearby hotel and pick us up. Help with our luggage and got us a room ASAP. By 11:30am we were in a room and settled. They will be transporting us to the airport. Made my nervous self feel much better as we were in Alaska and traveling to our home outside of Houston, Texas.

advertised daily room clean and room cleanrd once in 3 night stay. shampoo dispensor empty , kleenex ran out and conditioner dispensor fallen from wall. overall clean and comfortable
