The resort is friendly and clean and the breakfasts are reliably delicious. Fresh from the French bakery baguettes and pain au chocolat and croissants, as well as other yummy breads, fluffy scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, bacon, figs, never disappointing. The pool is crystal clear, the Tito martinis awesome and the villas have breathtaking views of the ocean, hummingbirds, butterflies and blooming shrubs. It was a 15 min hike down to the beach but not a problem. Only downside is the rough ocean. Lost my sunglasses in the surf. The village square is typically French styled, brightly lit at night with music. Restaurants are expensive so be ready with your euros. The food is well worth it. And there is also a live theatre!

Love it all. The studio I was in is beautiful, calm and very, very pleasant and nicely decorated. The breakfast is plentiful and the setting, by the pool, is beautiful. Same for the bar. Access to the beach is a short walk away, and beach chairs are included in the hotel stay, which is great! The staff is very welcoming and helpful from the reception to the restaurant, the bar to the cleaning crew. Well managed boutique hotel that I highly recommend!

Lovely stay at this quiet & accommodating park-like setting, a short walk to the beach, restaurants & convenience stores. Our semi-villa was spacious & clean, with a comfortable bed, kitchenette & safe. Wifi was very good, water plentiful & hot, & AC strong. Our rate included a bountiful buffet breakfast & beach towels (exchange for fresh at will) as well as access to chairs at five beach clubs where one can also charge food & drink back to the room -- brilliant. And an on-site pool & restaurant, car rental & even a small library. Mind most units involve hills and stairs

It was all perfect - easy check in, golf buggy whizzed our luggage to the room. Room spacious and clean. We unpacked and went to have a shower. No water. Not in the shower, the basin tap or the kitchen tap. I called reception May be 20 x it rang then got cut off. Every time it rang at various length we got cut off. After a 3 am start from the Uk we really wanted to freshen up. By the time we came back from evening meal it was back on. Others in our group had the same problem. Nice place. Nicely positioned to the beach.

Several things. I have travelled the Caribbean for over 20 years so my point of view is comparative. The front desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful. No welcoming smiles. I stayed in their Superior Room, so paid a premium and had certain expectations as a result. Things that did not work in the room: No outgoing calls, if you want to call local, you have to go to the reception desk and wait. Seems minor, but no pen and paper in the room. I asked for some to be brought to my room and they never delivered. No alarm clock. They said they did not have clocks for the rooms. The TV did not work, had to have staff come and adjust the settings. The microwave blew up on me. The refrigerator looked like it had been thrown down the hillside, it was all banged up! The kitchen cupboards were not clean, food stuck on handles. The sofas were not clean, they were stained. The safe deposit box stopped working so ended up having to wait for a repair person to come to the room to get my things out in order to leave. The shower had a dead bug in it for 2 days! During check out I went over the bill asked about charges for the taxi, I was told both were included (to and from airport), but when I was at the airport and heading to the Gate, the taxi driver approached me and said I had not paid! The person from the hotel was on the phone saying I owed the driver $60.00 even though the front desk person at check out said I had paid. Befuddled and did not have time to argue I paid the driver. Once home there was a charge for the car rental with a 3% surcharge because the con-man car rental guy at the hotel could not get his charge card device to work. Staff said they tried to call me, that is a lie and at check out nothing was said to me about the car rental. I was told he used the hotel's device, so they charged me an extra 3%! SCAM! We argued back and forth to resolve. Besides the view, sadly I cannot say much good about this hotel.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here in January 2022 and we can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and private. Check-in was a breeze, and the entire staff are very friendly. Although we did not eat at the restaurant, we got drinks at the bar almost every night. The bartender was warm and friendly, and most of all, made excellent drinks. The beach (and restaurants) are just a short 5 mins walk, though our room was located on a hill, so keep that in mind if you plan on walking. We'll definitely be back next time we're in St. Martin!

good hotel, in need of refreshment, good location, charming staff, good breakfast, poor wifi, but average television system, pretty garden, very easy parking, but you should know that depending on the location of the room you can walk up to 500 meters to get to the breakfast reservation

The shower didn't work, the toilet didn't work for a while and the cockroaches in the room with thousands of legs, every night. The worst was the service: There was no service. We arrived late in the evening after a ten hour flight, exhausted. At the counter was a young French employee Claudia, I think was her name. According to her and because we did not have a credit card in our possession, we were not entitled to the "Guest card" that gave access to the parasol and beach towels. Our Maestro bank card had no value in her eyes. The problem is that on their site it is stated that the parasol and towels are free for the customers. NOT TRUE!! Screaming, she continued to claim that our bank would not offer a guarantee unless we left for home with these items. Ridiculous and incomprehensible! Never again at this hotel that absolutely does not deserve 4 stars but at most one star.

The hotel allows guests to smoke around the pool… very disrespectful and against the laws! Totally not recommended if you are a non-smoker. Second-hand smoke greatly inconveniences non-smokers due to the size of the terrace...!
