It's a 3-star hotel with many 4-star features. A bit out of the way if you want to tour Parma. Also, somewhere it says the hotel is attached to a shopping center. I am not sure where I read this, but it is not true. It is free-standing with no shopping center in sight. Overall, very comfortable, many modern features, and great value. Good breakfast, too.

A variety of ages was represented, in keeping with the “campus” name. Lovely breakfast offerings, and very hospitable to all throughout our stay.

Situated near the main way to Parma this hotel is easy to reach with a car and offers a parking place free of charge. The room was clean and comfortable. Ironing board in the room and the bathroom clean. The main problem was the lack of air conditioning and need to open the window, which meant entering of the mosquitos...Breakfast was good and staff very helpful and polite.

Good Hotel not far away from the Parma city Good italian breakfast. Reasonable price for stay. Free parking and not far away a small restaurant. Room was clean and well prepared. I would recommend the hotel for business travel. Good espresso.

Albergo situato vicino a Parma, comodo anche per visitare alcuni castelli e rocche inseriti nel circuito del ducato Parma e Piacenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia come struttura che come accoglienza del personale. Colazione abbondante e letti comodi. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel che abbiamo usato come punto di appoggio per visitare località in zona e in questo senso è stato perfetto. Personale gentile e colazione varia. Nelle camere qualche imperfezione: crepe sui muri, vernice consumata, finiture un po' approssimative. Materasso comodo, non abbiamo potuto dire lo stesso dei cuscini: inconsistenti. In sintesi, un tre stelle funzionale ma per una reale comodità si può pretendere un po' di più.
