Turned up early to see if we could drop our cases off, what a warm welcome, come and have a coffee and we will see if we can get your room ready now. Beautiful building and exceptionally helpful and friendly owners. Great breakfast with eggs to order taken on a beautiful terrace.

I'm only sorry I didn't get round to leaving this review before this! Palazzo Pacini is quite a remarkable place to stay - a gem. The owners, a charming husband and wife team genuinely exude kindness for their fellow travellers. We are Irish and were travelling with a group of American friends, one took ill and in the absence of taxis on a Sunday the owner transported our friends to the next hotel a few km away. They have created a genuine refuge from your travels - beautiful imaginative decor, every detail considered, gorgeous healthy foods, coupled with a breakfast morning veranda with stunning views, a basement restaurant that we could use to see an international Rugby match we were following. Everything was no problem and they smiled and radiated out kindness and good humour! what more could you ask for, it was just such a pity we were moving on as part of our organised walking tour. Definitely a gem to return to, my thanks to the owners for your humanity and generosity.

Core memory :) the room was very nice with all you need, with view to the city which looks sooo nice but what we loved the most was the tasting experience. And the aceto balsamico ice cream. That is something that needs to be tasted! Pietro is an amazing host who helped me after i messed up the reservation days. Our stay here was excellent! i recommend it to my friends and everyone who wants to discover an authentic Tuscany.

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of the old town. All the restaurants in the upper part of town are within a 5-minute walk. Pietro the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful when it came to recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The room was perfect and the breakfast was great every morning.

We want to give an explicit 5 plus. The owner of the hotel was the most welcoming during this whole trip. Everything was fine. The place itself is kept nicely. Breakfast was great. Served fresh cooked eggs. Parking and explanation of everything was nice and easy. If we’re around we’d come back. The old town itself is great not too many tourists. Can see little of Italy still without crazy crowds.

We took a one day get away from our house and village in Tuscany and checked in at the Palazzo Pacini. It’s still very cold outside but so cozy and warm in the hotel which had a total renovation only a few years ago. The reno was completed respecting the past but implementing modern comfort. The hotel is family owned and the warmth, kindness and happiness meets you already at the front desk. So nice and we can’t recommend this hotel enough. E&N from Finland
