Villa Sabolini

I traveled to Italy on a group tour and this hotel was our base. Great food in the restaurant, beautiful views out of my window of the Tuscany countryside. My only complaint was that the room was warm and the air conditioner never worked properly. The tour guide said the Italian government wouldn't allow air conditioning after October 15...odd

Beautiful setting. Room is very spacious….bed is average. Room is cleaned daily. Breakfast has many varieties. Room was dark and dreary. Nowhere to sit except a hard leather couch that is very uncomfortable. Internet requires a new login almost every time it’s used. Very annoying after a few days.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Villa Sabolini is perfectly placed for excursions to some of Tuscany's most famous tourist attractions - and many more stunning hilltop towns that are relatively unknown - and all the better for it! The rooms are suitably rustic, full of character but immaculately maintained, spacious and comfortable. From beginning to end, the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive and professional. I have to mention in particular one of the breakfast team who was a font of all local knowledge, taking time to recommend places to visit and explaining the local history - we struck up a friendship and to say she made a good holiday great wouldn't be overstating her contribution to our stay, I just wish I knew her name! Having said that, if you just want to sit on a terrace reading or relax by the pool, the hotel is also a perfect place to spend your time chilling! We really didn't want to leave but will definitely return, hopefully next year. You may have gathered that we enjoyed our stay at Villa Sabolini and you'd be right, I can't recommend it highly enough! And to top it all, they've got the most adorable dog, a Bassett Hound by the name of Basso - by far the most popular member of staff!

This hotel is beautiful and charming ,it was very calm and had a relaxed atmosphere, we stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony, the food was excellent and service also I would highly recommend this hotel, we will most definitely be staying there again.

We stayed at the villa for a wedding nearby. Accommodations were great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast and lunch were good. I really had a great time and experience. The views were amazing. We went for a walk and took really nice pictures. I would stay again and recommend this place to family and friends.

What an amazing place! We had such a great time at Villa Sabolini. The location, the staff, the hospitality, the food… everything was just right to experience Toscane the Italian way. It’s a place to remember for may years to come. We’ll be back, for sure!

The Villa is grand and inviting. We had asked for a quiet room and got a beautiful superior double Nr 115 facing the courtyard which was actually a small suite with a living room with a couch and a tv. Air conditioning was very effective and there was one in each room. We had prebooked the grill option and it was GREAT! A delicious starter buffet, pasta, a wonderful fiorentine steak and then a huge pudding buffet. Service was extremely good and friendly. If I should fault anything it’s the really hard bed, but then again some people like that. We would love to come again!

We were staying in Villa Sabolini for the 3rd time. All is excellent, from the location, the rooms, the service, and of course their restaurant with local food and dishes. You can decide to rest near the pool area, or visit the close hot spots, Siena, Casole d’Elsa, Volterra, Monteriggioni etc.

And you know how picky Italians are with the food 😅 Thank you also for the photos and videos.
