The experience was terrible, the train tracks pass right next to the hotel and you can hear it, there is no air conditioning, a simple fan that apart from not giving air made a lot of noise, we spent the night without sleeping because of the heat, the mattress was so bad that you couldn't even throw it away, you sank in. And for all this 72 euros, the price of a good hotel but a terrible hostel...

After an unfortunate circumstance we had to cancel our stay and they have not returned the money. Not even a part. Not at all recommendable due to lack of humanity. I understand the type of reservation, but given the circumstances, an intermediate solution would have been more than reasonable.
