The blankets had stains and the jacuzzi tub was missing switches and they tried to keep my deposit saying we smoked in the room and we don't even smoke. This place is in need of some serious maintenance and upgrades and they try to keep your deposit so I don't recommend staying there.

This is our favorite low cost stay-cation choice. Indoor pool is always warm, and there’s an indoor playground that is absolutely perfect if you have little ones. The staff is always nice and very helpful. You can’t beat the price for the convenience of a year round pool/playground combo!

Hubby and I decided to gave a night away from home for my birthday. I wanted a room with a jacuzzi so we could enjoy a nice relaxing soak and watch a movie. Turns out ended up in the jacuzzi on my own because hubby fell asleep lol. The lights were basically off and I was sitting at an angle to see the TV. I was probably in about 30 minutes when I needed to shift position and I ended up getting out of the jacuzzi. The water had turned this weird shade of green, there was a dark brown ring at the water line and some nasty brown floating skin on the surface. Due to hubby being asleep I ended up not calling the desk that night but a urstiobed it at checkout. The guy Rickey (?) said I’d need to talk to manager and she was due to there about in about 30
minutes so we waited. He said that room is rented daily and hasn’t ever had a complaint but looking through the reviews I seen where others commented about the jacuzzi’s. She wasn’t there and Rickey didn’t know why. I have not heard anything from hotel management after being told she would be given my contact info. Of course Rickey says I should have notified him immediately.

1st room was disgusting. Floors were filthy, rust on shower wall from door, mold on curtains. Blow dryer didn’t work, went to get a new one and it didn’t work either. Finally they switched us to new room but was decorated slightly different. Still not very clean. Place looks like a prison unless you get a room right by pool area. Grounds around were full of trash, didn’t feel like a very safe area to be. Some true “characters” in the area walking around.

There was mold in the bathroom. The vents were dirty and the ceiling had dirty spots from the vents

I was completely unsatisfied. It was dirty. The place made me feel uncomfortable the kind of crowd that was there. It was more like a apt blding than a hotel. Only steps to get upstairs. The pool was gross, our jacuzzi tub in our room even after running hot water through it before we got in it put out dirty nasty stuff all through the water and all over us. The tiles were broke on steps up to tub and just leaning up against the wall unstuck. I will never book another stay there. Oh and the cops were called also while we were there. We pulled in and they were sitting outside the property.

The shower didn’t work and we told the desk clerk and he said it should. It didn’t. Water was nice and hot but diverter to get water to shower head was broken.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room is well stocked with an assortment of equipment to use. I think it is a good value.

Good deal for the price, beds were very comfortable. Lacking in some housekeeping areas such as hand soap and hand sanitizer in public areas.
