Visited with family and had a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay for visiting customers. Good place to eat. Don’t have to go out to find a restaurant.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Very happy with the choice. Convenient near highway and minutes from downtown.

The location of this property is really great for shopping, places to eat, and close enough to many other activities and sights. However, the person that checked me in was pompous, passively aggressively rude, and very unhelpful. He left me just standing at the front desk for way beyond necessary, said my room wasn’t ready, then said it was, said there was no menu for the in house restaurant in the room, but I could go look at the menu on the board at the restaurant entrance. A second new worker, who was trying to cover for the rude one, apologized saying he didn’t know if any menus were available. The person checking me in did not offer directions to my room or the elevator, which is a hike from the front lobby! And when I got to the room, there on the desk was a very nice menu booklet which also informed me there was room service!! Seems like room service is a lovely amenity that should have been mentioned. The room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel is like a maze! And the staff do not know their way around enough to truly help. If you are on the second floor, getting your luggage, and/or yourself for that matter if you don’t handle stairs well, is ridiculous! The swimming pool was overall basic and nice. The hot tub/jacuzzi was disgusting, filthy ( complete with a black slim/mold covered bottom, and places along the sides), and did not work. When I checked out, I had an absolutely lovely person! Marriott is usually really great, but this property is a hard pass!

The property is a great place to stay in the way to the airport. We are repeat customers.

It was a great place to stay! The Elevator not being anywhere near the front desk would be my only negative. Overall though, A

The hotel is a maze of corridors! Very disorienting, especially given a serious lack of signage. I had a lot of luggage, and the elevator was a Very long hike from the lobby. Again poor signage made it Very hard to find. Also, the bath tubs have rounded bottoms, which makes it a fall hazard when wet. I recommend at least adding non-slip strips to prevent falls. Can't recommend to anyone over 40 or handicapped. Front desk staff was very nice!

All staff we had contact with were very helpful and pleasant. Facility was super clean and dining on site was great.

Great place to stay if you are in for work. Restaurant is good with good atmosphere.
