Beautiful, european style very well-maintened hotel located in Side Gundogdu. It is worth to mention that the stuff is very friendly, especially group of people from animation department: they very helpful, amazing. open-mined, ready to help and entertain, but never force you to do sth you wouldn't like. Cleanliness is outstanding. Perfect place for couples and families.

It was in this hotel that we visited for the first time. The hotel is not bad. We rested and ate. The water is cool of course. But the sun was burning. I would like to express my opinion about animation. I went to a morning activity, to a girl. Boring enough. I did not ast long. And the rest of the animation is almost the same. They constantly ask for good reviews. It would be better to entertain the guests with such passion. They can not even make normal music at a party, although we are not picky about it. The kids club apparently also really entertains children for show while the parents are sitting next to each other, and as soon as the parents leave, the attention decreases. The child came upset.

I absolutely loved every second here! From morning swimming pool activities to evening shows and games. The rooms are amazing, as well as food, service and basically everything. But the best aspect is animation team (so funny and helpful) with Mr. Mali (the sweetest person ever)! I was so upset when i had to leave... I’m deeply disappointed in this hotel. I had some major red flags happening. First I found GLASS in my dessert which I ate… then a wallnut shell which penetrated my lip! Thankfully the lady in the restaurant helped me and send me to the doctor. I got to admit that some of the people working here are amazing. The guest relation lady, Anna helps a lot and really wants to ensure a good experience! the animation team is great at engaging people in the activities, the man in the spa with grey hair is annoying and very demeaning. I do want to give a shout out to the animation tea and a special thanks to Abdullah and Gülben for making this experience still somewhat enjoyable. The cleaning ladies are very sweet! I highly suggest to not close towel service at 11:30

We booked this hotel very last minute and I was sceptical as it was such a low price! So I wasn’t expecting 5 star, however it certainly lived up to be! From the minute we got there we were well looked after and treated so well! The hotel itself is very modern and clean and well maintained, everyday you see the hotel staff working hard- keeping the grounds and pool area spotless! ALL staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to look after you, special mention to Gulben and Mali from the entertainment team who were always smiling and helping us enjoy our holiday even more! Sevval in reception greeted us everyday and was very helpful in guiding us where to get the bus to the town or pointing out where the shops were. Kasim, Mustafa and Ibrahim made the nicest cocktails! If I could remember everyone’s names I would mention everyone! Food wise- being a vegetarian I thought I was going to struggle but all day everyday there were various options for me, certainly cannot go hungry at this hotel! Overall we had a truly amazing stay and we are already looking at coming back! Thank you Aletris!

This hotel is amazing! Very luxurious. The staff are so friendly are helpful. So many different restaurants and bars with plenty of cocktails and premium spirit options. There is even a nightclub in the hotel open Tues/Fri which has a DJ and the drinks/shots included within the all inclusive! The entertainment was great especially Marli! Only downside is if you're a young female be cautious of the bar staff they are creepy to all young females and don't listen when you make to clear you aren't interested.

The hotel was amazing, clean and staff very pleasant. The entertainment team was brilliant especially Mali who bonded with our party and made our holiday more personal. The spa was amazing and had many packages. There was plenty of sun lounges available and enjoyed the darts and water polo.

I came on a family holiday and the animation team were the best! Mali and Gulben were so lovely and welcoming and always greeted us. They always made us feel welcome and joined in with the events throughout the day. I had the best time on the disco tour with Mali and it was such an amazing experience. Will definitely come back again :)

It wasn't the first time we had a rest at the hotel. We like the hotel. great food, great selection of food. there are also a lot of drinks. polite staff. the rooms are clean and cozy. the territory is excellent. the animation has changed. I didn't like it at all. activity. either the animation is not professional or people have high self-esteem. we are disappointed this time. the animation level is lower than usual. the children were also quite bored this time. probably next time we will go to another hotel where we will have fun and interesting as before.
